Im still really confused on stretching and rest needed to be taken. When should you rest. My ligs are sore sometimes but i still stretch. I stretch everyday. Also i have been stretching everyday, sometimes 2wice a day for a month and 3 weeks. I havent seen any gains at all. Not even in flaccid stretch gains or anything. Im starting to think that i am one of those people who dont gain from manuel stretches. Does anyone have any advice?
 
ow long u been doing it for,,if your ligs r sore thats good take advantage of it and strecth cus thats when there weak so you will gain ,,you got to do a lil damage in order for your dick to reproduce more cells,,,,dont injure yourself sore l;igs r good jus keep doin it and more if u avnt seen a gain,, sometimes i think i avnt seen gains but your dock is never the same when you measure it when u make big gains you will notice
 
are the ligs part of the penis, or on the fatpad area, cause on the fatpad if, while stretching if i pull my fatpad in opposite direction, is the only way i can feel a stretch, should i do this?
 
ligs are part of the penis,you got your ligements and tunica and tissues all other stuff all make up the penis
 
Bigtwig, If you are interested you can google images of the penis and look at the anatomy and see all of the different structures detailed for you. This will help you understand the exercises in more depth because you will know which structures you are applying force to and how to do so more effectively. Take a look and see if it helps.
 
yeah millionman ill do that now, bound4glory(is that from TNA) try some jelqing with a non erect penis, i read this is good for length gains
 
I don't know about low level jelqing but if you're primarily interested in the length then I would use a basic manual routine supplemented with ADS work. I would also jelq for overall erection health and possible expansion of the tunica laterally but this is primarily meant for vein health and erection quality. This is the current routine that I am following and it's going very well. Look into getting a vac-extender from autoextender.com and you will not regret it. In fact monkeybar has updated the original model with some major improvements and has in fact come up with a way to make wearing an ADS when you're beat up called the anti-turtle sleeve. I'm going to either purchase a brand new package or will hopefully get a package deal with all of the new updates for a fair price. I haven't heard from MB so until I do I'm holding off but I am really excited about my current progress and the prospect of having some new toys to mess around with.

lol TNA is amazing, so the ligs are they also called corpus something, i have noticed some bruising on my penis should i keep stretching tomorrow?
 
When i first started gaining, as a result of stretching, i started stretching even more, my penis was sore and my ligs burned almost every night, but i continued, hight intesity, strong pulls. That lasted around 5 days, then i felt sharp pain, when i started to stretch next morning, i took one day off completly, even do i said to my self it will be two days off, but just couldn't wait. From there on i always know when is time to rest...Also in my sig there should be links about lig stretching, check those articles
 
ligs are called ligs. Corpus carnevosa ( is that how its spelled? ) is the two tubes that fill up with blood when erect. The third tube on the belly of the penis is called the corpus spongeism ( or something liek that, i think. ) Grip around the head.. and pull downard so u get a stretch feeling just like when ur doing weighs your muscle starts to hurt. If you are feeling pain in your head ( where u gripped. massage it and readjust your grip til theres no discomforot. if u play around with it for a few mins ull get the perfect grip

the bruse is kinda on the right does that mean i should pull harder on my right stretches, i have noticed my penis hanging towards the left when flacid a little longer i am hoping this is gains, also have noticed a red mark half inch in diameter on the bruise, should i have a day off to heal?

Personally, I don't let bruises set me on the sidelines. Ultimately, though, its up to you....
 
the red mark is my main concern, is it one of those red spots everyone gets? it seems to be on a vein

Could you be a little more expansive about that 'mark'?
 
sure, its more of a lump, slightly hard, kinda white today, in the middle of the bruise
 
and it seems to be on the vein as it moves with it, and it doesn't even hurt which is wierd
