I read that lig growth is max 1" and all other growth is shaft growth. I don't know for sure but it seems like more growth could come from targeting the ligs and inner penis as opposed to the shaft itself. I think, once again not sure, why guys like Kingsnake hung with the hanger close to the base to hit the inner penis.

Opinions from the more experienced?
 
ligament length gains can vary from person to person due to many factors like if you have an high exit point from your body there may be more lig gains to be had from someone who has a low exit point (types of dicks that hand lower when erect). when you say shaft growth I am going to go off the assumption that you mean the tunica ? it would be great to target both of these at the same time when starting out to get gains as fast as possible... if you do happen to run out of length gain at 1 inch or less or more then you will still do the lig stretches to keep them elongated and loose (cant make you shorter) then focus more on stretching the inner penis (tunica) by doing specialised stretches or use gear like the power assist ring or lengthmaster. I'm not exactly all that informed about hanging but if they are hanging closer to the base this would be to get max tension I assume as the longer the distance the stretch has to go through. less tension is created due to distance force and tension which dld has mentioned in the past . so if they are doing this they are trying to keep there lig gains at max / get as much out of them as they can.

like some dicks that point say 45 degrees upwards when erect are more likely to have a higher exit point or maybe due to curvature. ( ill search for a picture in reference to this and attempt to input into post)

the ones that are are like 90 degrees ( straight out) or hang below 90 are more likely having a lower exit point from the body (not always due to curvature)

some people who have high exit points can stretch and lower the point of exit to make gains.

if this works then that's the picture I'm referring to , they lower the exit point so the penis is more straight therefore lengthened out. so it hangs lower when erect ( sort of) I hope this cleared things up , if not maybe dld or someone can chime in

i always thougt this exitpoint picture was taken when the penis was in flaccid state.

So i have to get my penis 100% erect to find out my exitpoint ?

there was an artile / thread I read about exit points , from memory my knowledge is a little shakey . did a quick search but couldn't find what I saw before ( here and online) . basically you can do this erect or flaccid I think . but basically stand up straight and where you have a V forming from the inner of your thigh trace that V line down to your penis without adjusting the angle of the line and if its above the line where your fingers meet then its high and vice versa for low . sorry if tis confusing little stretched for time as only quickly logged in , hope this helps but I will try and seek out the proper information when I can .

exit points interesting but i think the expressive stretching can solve that out pulling the inner penis out is what we look for,grabbing the base of the penis and stretching outwards actually i ahve tried that exercise before but requires practice,i think is quite effective maybe stretching like in the newebie routine but grabing the base instead of the glans...Just an idea..:)
 
Yes! Personally, I am not much of a LOT believer, but I truly believe in skin exit point! Good posts I see!

yeah I agree with you here , I was just trying to answer as best I could about exit points and the shaft / lig growth question. maybe what the op was on about at the start with hanging at the base could be expressive hanging? hanging from as close to the base as you can to pull out as much internal penis ? sounds like a good idea for an long term expressive stretch
 
The thing is that if you have high exitpoint then u have more potential to gain from the ligament, then you do lower angle streatching. That is the easiest way to gain.

its the feeling of pulling the penis out,that area between the scrotum and the anus ,sometimes its like feeling a knot there,that you have to untie that knot by pulling out and in different directions..

Inner penis stretching or Expressive Stretching should be a part of every man's PE routine. Ligament and Tunica stretching are vital but the missing component from most men's routine is Expressive work.

Thanks bro. Well basically I do manual stretches below my glans, when I pull upwards i can feel a tug near my anus. What is the best exercise to get the inner penis out please?? I grab my penis half way down the shaft an pull in different directions obvs. And do normal stretches from below the glans to stretch the ligs.........

Am doing all the newbie stretches , I stretch from my glans an what is tunica stretches an expressive stretches please sorry to bothe u DlD

Pulling to the left or right or with a combination of upwards or downwards directions tends to focus more on the ligs. The ligs are running alongside the penis out from the abdomen; you can feel them tighten when you are stretching them. You don't have to hold the penis from a particular place to stretch them, just pull and if you feel them stretching then you are stretching them.

To pull inner-penis you may have to be erect or almost fully erect, but it is stretching or pulling just like any other pull, there pulling from the base and as close to the abdomen will place the force on the internal penis tissues.
