for those who are very interssted about making girth gains , i would like to discuss what you know about gaining girth and the mechaniucs behind it . Personally im gonna start clamping pumping just gave me horrible eq instantly. PLease input what you know or begin a discussion that all of us can talk about and evole as a brotherhood . In a knowledgable understanding to help our penis gains goals.
 
In my opinion the best routine choice for girth is the BathMate/SlowSquashJelq 5x5x3 sessions found in SRT. Gaining girth is all about getting good temporary expansion with every session. This temporary expansion, when achieved over and over, will stretch the extremely dense Tunica, allowing for the penis to become larger. The science is pretty basic, the Tunica surrounds the entire penis and when it has permanently been expanded the internal tissue will conform to this size. It is also important to practice kegels as part of you girth work so when the penis does become larger it will be able to hold the larger demand for blood.

I'm new to gaining girth and I have bought some cable clamps and have a bathmate, so I was going to do the SRT DLD is talking about, but I was wondering if I should/could work in a workout with the cable clamps well to give it a boost up in girth gains?
 
What would you recommend? Doing the ace wrap w/ the cable clamp and kegeling for 10 mins at a time for starters?

Try doing clamped edging. To do this you do not need any wraps. Just kegel as much blood into your penis as you can, then clamp off. Then slightly release the clamp and kegel more, and then clamp off again. Keep doing this until you get maximum expansion. When that happens just masturbate for 5-20 minutes (however long you can do without numbness, pain, or discomfort) and make sure you don't orgasm. This method should give you intense expansion.
