Hi, All just wanted some good info on jelqing.

I tried the Bathmate for 6 months and unfortunately I didn't get any gains. I followed DLD guide to the letter but no luck.

I'm curious about this jelqing tho. If you guys can tell me results and techniques/routines I would greatly appreciate it.

If this fails the only other option is surgery, which I hear isn't the best choice. Risks and all.

Jelqing + Bathmate (=

You can start out with a 10-15 minutes jelqing routine - 2 days 1 day off, or 5 days on or 2 day off.
 
Exactly what goalisbig said. Combine the two so that you're doing both.
 
That's the thing the Bm feels like it doesn't doing its job. I feel it pulling my duck but not stretching it like a pull should.
 
I got my results (check signature) from just jelqing.
It is not the fastest of routines, but I found it to be a safe one. This may not work the same for everybody, but I'm really happy with the results I got in about 1 year of jelqing.
So, if you want quick results, you might want to combine jelqing with some other exercises. However, if you're willing to wait, then it is an awesome exercise.
Besides, it is great for your general erection quality. :)
 
I'm curious as to why jelqing is the "last resort" instead of the first thing to pick up. That's PE Basics 101 right there. I'd hate to sound like a crotchety old man with a "In my day we only had JELQS and we JELQED FIVE MILES UP AND DOWN THE HILL" but come on man. You're considering surgery without having given jelqing a try?!

Warm up a wash cloth in hot water. Place on groin. Reheat until groin is tender. (5-10 minutes.)
Pull skin back, grab 1 inch behind glans and gently but firmly pull in one direction for 30 seconds.
Repeat for left, right, up, down, straight out, and behind x2
While stretched out, rotate in circles a few times, hitting every angle like a joystick
Reheat/wash
Apply lubricant (such as vaseline) to hands
Making an OK-sign with one hand, grip the base of the shaft and squeeze firmly, slowly jelq forward about half an inch before the glans, place other hand OK-sign grip on the base, remove first hand and repeat process with second hand.
Do this 50 times, then do rotations again.
Warm down by reheating.

Each week, increase the number of jelqs by 25 increments. So week 2 you'd be doing 75, week 3 100, week 4 125, etc.,

Do this, don't forget to kegel/reverse kegel, and once you're done with this jelqing routine then start on SRT.
 
Jelqing is the foundational exercise that leads to more intense girth work. I agree with Treasure that it should be the first exercise in girth performed. Later, I think the SRT routine should become the main focus using a more advanced jelqing method (Slow Squash Jelqs) and the Bathmate in 5 minute sessions supersetted. 3 x 5 x 5 works best.
