Hey medicating, I do them whenever I can. I get erect easily sometimes so I just grab it overhand and stretch left and right. You get this great pulling sensation, like your pulling everything out from the inside. I do these until it subsides and then do normal stretches and repeat if necessary. Done them clamped as well but it gets in the way and digs in, so I would do Tug of War stretches while clamped to get a great stretch and girth work at the same time. Clamping can be used as a warm up or beginning exercise. I feel great stretches by having the inside and outside of my penis fully warmed and stretched with clamping prior to doing anything else.
