Im looking for strictly length, and think that the "length before girth" makes sense, and its harder to stretch something that is wide etc. so im paranoid that jelqs will give me girth but i know they are beneficial for your penis overall. But right now i feel like i should just be doing manual stretches

Just do very light jelqs then.
 
While stretching will give you length. (stretching ligs for length and the tunica for both girth and length, in theory), I think that jelqing is essential for over all penile health. You can and will gain length from jelqing. But if your afraid of gaining girth, which you shouldn't be imop, I would say just stretch your ass of with all kinds of stretches.

Yes, I agree with "length before girth", while I agree you should stretch like crazy to gain length, you shouldn't cut jelqing out of your routine totally, jelqing is still good for overall penile health. If you are "paranoid" and you don't want girth, only jelq once or twice a week and a small amount.

Bring on the girth! Common...btw, I've gained about 1.5 inches length over the last 4-5 years (not particularly strict) and have always done length and girth exercises together.
 
You need to jelq daily even if it's only for 10 min. I highly doubt you're gonna gain much girth at all from just jelqing. Matter of fact let me say this. Even the guys that do gain girth with "relative ease" have to work their ass off to get their gains.

More veins and bigger veins equal more blood flow throughout your cock which equates to a healthy cock. If your entire body is in optimum working condition it can accomplish more...brain, organs, muscles, recuperation, everything, etc. Your cock works in a similar way.

In my opinion a resounding yes. I think you will gain considerable length from wet jelqs alone. I gained my first inch of length in roughly a year doing only those, I maybe stretched a little once a week during that time. Also if you did only manual stretches the result would be varying degrees of E.D. and impotence. Besides the Holy Men who stretch it for specifically that effect, we had a member Motlissof who gained alot of length only stretching but very rarely got above a 60% erection if I remember correctly. Then he adopted a jelqing routine and was able to get a mighty oak.

If that is true about doing them together maybe it should be a sticky in the newbie forum reminding them how important jelqing is to be done with stretching.
 
i had only did stretches for about 2 months without jelquin and it was the biggest mistake.I ended up feelin a lil longer but my dick wouldnt stay hard for shit--jelquin is the core exercise of pe
 
Last question, since based on ur guys responses i will include jelqing, should i do jelqing first and then stretch or the other way around?
 
Personally, the bulk of my modest gains came when I would follow my stretching with wet jelqs.

I'm tending to find the same over here in girth land.

I think the wet jelqs massage your cock and break up any tiny scar tissue that forms, the stretching will inevitably cause microtears, without wet jelqs when they heal you may end up shorter, not longer; or just stand still overall with your gains.

I definitely would not ignore the jelqs. I gained length and girth in proportion from them.

What you can do is combine both jelqing and stretching in one movement. I do a two to three second jelq, then when I get to the end of the shaft, making sure to avoid those sensitive nerve endings just below the glans, I do a hard stretch downward. To do this, of course, you can't be too erect. I do it at 30% to 50% erect--no more than nine o'clock.

My combining both in one movement, you get the best of both worlds.
 
whoa, lol, thats one of those right in front of ur nose ideas (as far as combining stretches and jelqs). I may try that, thanks for the tip.
