I've been reading a lot about the inner penis, pulling it out and converting it into permanent erect gains. I found an example of this exercise over at okaydick.

I did some follow up research to try and validate the assertion that this exercise can add inches fairly quickly, with little room for injury.
I found a lot of old threads on thunderspace and some others scattered around google but almost all of them were 6-10 years old. Most of them were people arguing if pulling out the inner penis was even possible, safe and so on.

What I'm wondering I guess is if this exercise has been 100% proven to bring length gains, and if so do I do it following my bathmate/jelq routine or do I do it before?
Does anyone have any reading material or thread about inner penis?

I guess what has me most puzzled is why I see people who've been doing PE for years and have hardly gained at all, I see a lot of sigs that show gains of an inch or inch and a half over the course of 3,4,5 even 6 years. I realize everyone is different and everyone's gains come differently, It's just confusing to read threads where someone claims to have gained .5 inch in three months from a particular exercise and then see people who have only gained an inch in 3 or more years.

Im aiming to have a routine that combines jelqing and various stretches, as well use of the bathmate and extender. Based on what I've read I don't see how someone wouldn't gain multitudes using the same formula but seeing so many people struggle for gains is really confusing.
 
First let me welcome you to the Brotherhood! Next, anywhere you read anything about Expressing Internal penis belongs here, I am the one who created it. It is better to do length before girth, although it is good to switch it up every now then.

You probably can read more on that in the SRT thread that DLD mentioned.
If you're doing lengh and girth in complete different time frames, like length in the AM and girth in the PM or the other way around it shouldn't really matter that much.
Although it could depend on the kind of temp. gains you're getting from the BM

Awesome! I've been lurking this thread, thunder, and pegym all for a number of years and I've definitely decided to make this forum my final and only destination. Everyone here is overwhelmingly more supportive and helpful. Thank you for clarifying, I am an obsessive researcher and like to pit assertions against others to find a middle truth, and this can be a difficult practice in the PE world, it seems at other forums everyone is trying to prove something or be more 'right' than others. I simply don't have time to waste on bullshit, Im turning my dick into a weapon hahaha
 
Okey so i have tryed the internal stretch on the "okaydick" website and it was the game changer for me when i plateaud a little bit from the manual basic directional stretches.
I got gains so stable from the Internal Stretch it was like a walk in the park. But as i did this i recognized that i got misplacement around my penis. It was like the penis came outward
but so did the ballsack and scrotal skin etc, which made it look in my opinion ugly. But the measurements went up rapidly.

I stopped doing this exercise because i don't like the hair going up my penis and everything adding to a visually retarded penis. If someone know how i can fix this i would gladly keep going with this exercise
because it was the best exercise i have ever tryed regarding length.

Any fix? Scrotal skin basically covers the "new" penis from all angles. I'm thinking about dry reverse jelqs? Like jelqing the smooth penis skin downward to the root?

Thank you! I've read through the SRT Thread a few times but each time I revisit it, it all makes a little more sense as I am constantly learning and absorbing information. Im gonna go through the links you both shared.
The temporary gains I see from the bathmate and Jelq sessions are pretty insane, I get anywhere from .5-1" in length and .5 in girth and for about ten minutes after my session my flaccid looks as big as my 80% erect.

This actually concerns me, I already have an usual amount of skin that connects my ballsack to my shaft, it's like at least two inches, which makes my penis look much smaller than it actually is. In addition I've noticed as I've grown older Im finding hairs creeping up my shaft which is definitely not appealing.
Im actually looking into how expensive it would be to trim that extra scrotum skin off. As for the hair Im just going to get laser hair removal, I know someone who does it so I can get a deal, plus I get the satisfaction of knowing some esthetician gets to look at my fat cock :p

Ye, as long as you find something that works for you and you are comfortable with. I have a break from what i would usually do currently, cause of those skin creeping concerns i have.
And it doesn't seem to be a major/viral fix for it on the forums?

Well I am very glad you found your way to the real deal! There are many sites and programs out there, 95% are old, used exercises or there are the 5% that steal from us. We are very successful for a simple reason, we treat each other like family. We are a Brotherhood more than anything else. In this Brotherhood you will find so many wonderful ways to improve yourself on every level. We are about Love, Peace, Unity and Gains!
