so yesterday i ordered the SG and the Bathmate
now i wanted to make a schedule and hear your opinions about it

MONDAY:

My Goal is to reach at least 1" in 6 Months, do you think this is enough,what should i change, etc....

Thats a huge routine, are you just starting Penis Enlargement. You could hurt yourself if you dontt east into it.
 
Very well thought out and laid out routine. I am still trying to understand the military time but if Supra says it is too much, he would know as a Marine:) Anyway, the exercises look good. I would suggest some kegels for good measure and maybe the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch (real good with flaccid gains). Please keep us updated to your progress and any help you may need.
 
12:00am-12:00pm civilian/military

13:00-23:59 military only (civilian hours would be normal 1pm-11:59pm)
 
i started peing july 2012
i will start easy and from week to week make it more intense
i chose this time because its the time where i return from school and later i do sports lol
the kelgels i do them everytime i warm up about 100
i will update my monthly gains ;)
 
i now got the sg but i have 4 long spare parts 2 medium and 2 small ones so 2 long spare parts are missing
 
ok i just realized that nothing is missing im just stupid
but i dont know how to build this

If there is an issue with your order you should let SizeGenetics know so they can rectify the problem.
 
when i put on the sg should there be high tension or only low tension
because when i put high tension then i slide out

sounds like the head piece could be attatched better than the method you are using.

which method are you using? I had issues trying the noose and the comfort strap that come with the SG, but the velcro method works well. havent tried the VLC tugger yet, which is yet another method.

i try wear it at 1200g as much as possible which feels like a good stretch, no problems with the velcro.

i have already figured it out but thanks anyways
now i wear my sizegenetics during school too

How is this new routine working out for you
 
Its working fine ...
Right now Im hanging only 2 kg do you think I should increase it daily or stay at a low weight
PS. My Bathmate hasnt arrived yet
