I've been doing Penis Enlargement for 12 days now and haven't noticed any changes at all.

Is this quite normal?

My current routine involves 5 minutes of stretching, 10 minutes of jelqing, and some warm up with 2 days on and 1 day off.

12 days is hardly enough time to see gains, it does happen but rarely. I would follow the Newbie Routine as this is where many guys make their best gains.

I would buy an extender from sizegenetics on this website then split the newbie routine in half do the stretches after your shower then put the extender on low tension for at least four to twelve houirs a day. 2 on 1 off would be fine . Go more intense on your secon day on before you take a day off.

12 days isn't enough time. Penis Enlargement is a marathon, not a sprint, my friend.

Some guys Penis Enlargement for a year and see nothing. You have to find what works for you. Unfortunately this often means wasting time.

I talked my mates into trying the manual stretches. One just did one session and stopped, the other gained half an inch in a month, if that. Some will gain nothing in the first month, some will gain an inch in the first month. It differs from person to person man, but 12 days is a short time. Just keep positive and you will gain in time.

I think the difference is intensity used and proper form. A lot of guys will be doing the exercises incorrectly or are too worried to use strength in their efforts. For the guys that are in this category who stick with Penis Enlargement eventually learn the proper form and intensity and then they start growing.

there has been guys at it for months with no gains...it can be due to consistency, intensity, or your body genetics...but i wouldn't be discouraged after 12 days...pe does work...but some have to put in more time to see gains than others..but less than two weeks...i wouldn't expect to see anything.

I hear this sometimes but I disagree with the genetics part, there is very little about penis growth, outside of puberty, that has to do with genetics.

maybe not genetics...but some guys penis just take to the exercises differently...

I agree with that. I think some men may also be scared to use too much intensity in fear of hurting themselves. It takes a certain amount of force to break down tissue and finding this takes time as one wants to find this point safely.

It took me half a year to go from 7.75 to 8.6 nbpel. Not to mention I've only took two weeks off total within my P.E career. It's going to take some time and effort in getting some good gains in.

Almost an inch in six months sounds very reasonable. Remember guys, penis enlargement is not for the quick-fix, it is a way to make real, permanent penis size gains over time. For many guys many months and even years are put into making the gains they want. I gained very fast in my first 6 months with a 2" gain in length and a .5" gain in girth but the remainder of my gains happened over the following 8 years! Penis Enlargement should become a sport, a hobby, a daily relationship with your penis. Just like someone will train their body for years to perfect it, the same applies to penis enlargement.

definitely i believe that it does take some guys time to trust that they are not going to pull themselves out of the socket...i found myself at time doing manuals and not going as hard as i could...then i snap out of it and start pulling like i know i can...the way to gain is intensity + consistency...don't be afraid to really stretch!

Thats it. Progressively and safely get yourself into a position of maximum intensity and of course, obsessive consistency.

Hey DLD, my hands seems to get way too tired when I stretch full force for 30 seconds. It just seems like I can't get through it without them hurting. Maybe this has to do with mild arthritis in my hands from mma workouts? I'm only 23 but some knuckles are all inflated etc and its just hell sometimes getting through the 30 seconds. It's really annoying... any tips?
