Here is my problem:

Does anybody have the same issue? It happened as the result of 5 years of PE. I am fricked out, have been trying for a year to find the solution to this but to no avail.

mmm shrinking sucks but that shrinking is remarkable,get your self erect n start whit erect stretchings,SSJ,maybe __________ strteches,reverse kegels..

Even if you have a LM start a routine everytime you take a piss do a piss pull..i have heard about the ADS they can help too i think..
 
I've been looking at it closer, and I would think the concave section on the dorsal base is like peyronies plaque. Op can you give an erect picture please? That way we can analyze better, but if you say its your skin that's bothersome you can stretch that part daily to free it up some
 
I believe it's some kind of shrinking..besides a small flaccid i don't see other problem..in the other thread his penis seemed ballooned.I used to have a flaccid similar to yours a while back,i was wearing very tight underwear and i was fatter than i am now,so my flaccid was basically invisible.If the flaccid penis is your problem , i suggest :

-Lose weight - Belly fat + Fat pad,fatpad will affect your whole penis size,but imo your flaccid will suffer the most.
-Stop wearing underwear or any kind of restriction,keep your dick elongated as much as possible
-Start stretching your balls,this way you will separate your balls from your penis,in that picture i can see some turkey neck too.
 
I was also gonna say he's too fat, and that's why he's go so much tightness there. I hope he doesn't have bad knees or something that keeps him from enrolling at the gym.
 
Turtling with your balls being a bit far up. For the turtling I'd say wrapping. For the balls they have cock and ball separator rings. That would take a while but if it bugs you enough it could be worth while. Use the separator all day and the wrap at night.

There's also stuff like the auto x sleeve and silicone sleeves that can train your flaccid to be long enough that you don't care. Eyeballing I'd say that's about 4 inches nbp but a little hard to spot due to the balls. With some effort you could get that sucker to 6 but that won't help the balls.

You might seriously want to consider a method I'm using to retain elongation I call the CRandtowel. It's just a full scrotum ring I use with a polyester cotton fiber blend hand towel that I use to loosely wrap my flaccid so the head is always out. You would obviously want to go with a ring for your cock and one for your balls to develop a better for show spacing, but tucking ahand towel under the cock ring and wrapping just enough so your head is out for a few months could actually have things much less bunched up like that.

Just be mindful to choose materials your skin won't mind. Took me a while to figure that part out for myself but now that I have I'm in there 24/7 unless I'm showering or training.

That looks like the case. In the thread I put a link to it shows his thighs squishing his middle to lower section of the penis. I believe that's how his size got deflated. You need to lose that fat or not have your thighs squish your penis my man

Do you understand now ? How to fix this ? I went to the urologist and he said that as the result of PE scrotum skin goes up in the underside shaft and on the upper side public skin moves onto upper base shaft.

Guys - does anybody else has this (problem 2) or is it just me ?

i see what you are saying, my shaft skin and forskin has grown a lot also. I used to be circumsized now my glans is covered. Im not sure if there is a "cure" other than keep stretching. There is a surgery to remove the peniscrotal web but I have read a couple guys who got it say it changed the feeling and sensation so im not sure its the best idea.
 
From what I remember on your other threads you do mostly jelqs. Why not invest in a bathmate? It would help fill up that extra skin.
 
I understand your problem now. There are many ways to approach this but I would look toward Simyam for the best advice routine wise to correct this. He is very helpful and will point you in the right direction.
