heey guys
iv seen a couple of guys on this forum saying that they divide their routine into two sessions
like they will be doing length work in the morning and girth at night
iv been doing PE for 6 weeks and the way i do it is in a single session (usually at night)
i was just wondering does it really matter?
what do you prefer?
i was thinking of changing my routine into two sessions
cuz to be honest working out for more than a hour in a row makes things a bit boring

I do wish to add some length too, so i was thinking of doing some stretches before bedtime (=

Well, I cannot give you THE CORRECT answer, but hear this :)

There is 1 golden rule of life, it says "When something works for you the way you want it to work- DO NOT change it". If what you have been doing for these 6 weeks has given you results (do not expect ANYTHING HUGE in JUST 6 weeks, but still...), then I would say- just do that until it stops working for you...

2- When it comes to this- it is very different for healing. Length requires a lot of stretch and NO break, your goal is to exhaust your ligs (or tunica) as much as possible, so you can ride the wave and MAX your results (SRT).

Girth, on the other hand requires active healing as well, but it requires REST, since the best girth sessions require the best EQ, and we all know that you can't get a great EQ after an extremely intense girth session easily. Girth requires rest (depending on the intensity of the exercises and tension you put in (how much you squeeze, click the clamp etc.)).


So what I would do if I was you and I wanted to change my routine would be to have a good girth session (every day, you are not advanced enough to up the intensity SO much that you would require more rest than 24 hours till the next session) in the morning, put on a cock ring to keep the expansion (maybe take off cock ring every hour or so, do a quick 30-40 jelqs with a good erection) and put it back on so you dont lose the expansion so much and you can heal better :). This I would do 1/2 of the day. The other 1/2 I would dedicate to length- doing a good stretch session and put on UJS (Uncle Jim's Strap), some ADS (All Day Stretcher), or some extender. The reason why I would put length later in the day instead of morning is that 1- morning wood would be used in a session and 2 (!!!)- that you can easily and safely (!!!) do active length healing with some ADS (xsleeve maybe).


My net is a mess, my time is short, my head is a chaos. I would usually give you a much better advice (explain in better detail on why and how), but this is what I can do for now. I hope I helped you in some way, though. LMAO. All the best, Zam

Great post Zam! I concur on all points and this is a great contribution! It is so awesome to see when someone, like yourself, is suffering with his own problems reach out to help others, you are a perfect example of a Brother of MOS.

i really appreciate the effort u put into to answer my question
and btw in these 6 weeks i have gained half an inch in girth but still struggling with the length gains

That is a great girth gain, usually men gain in length before girth. Most likely a total routine will show great newbie gains in length too.

If it is boring but not tiring, you don't have much of a problem. As long as your routine is intense and you are consistent, you will gain. What is your routine and what devices are you using?
