Hi,

I am quite new here, and I started another thread 1 or 2 weeks ago where I typed my exercise program:
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds x 3

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds x 3
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Dry Jelqing 15-mimutes
Dry Slow Jelq Squeezes 5-minutes

But I can't get thorugh this program each day. Within a week, I just got it 4 times done.
Among other things, I wrap a tape around my penis (=mummy) 5-11 hours a day, very various.

So I consider hanging. I could get a BIB, though I'm not American or from UK. But is this worth it?
Due to I am a student and need to work on papers, exams and other things, I don't have any hands free during preparation, which means no Penis Enlargement. Could I instead hang and proceed manual training when there is time left?

How much time would I need to spend to make it worth it and with what amount of weight?
Once I read the "how to hang"-thread but my English is too bad to even get what is meant by "behind the cheeks" which does not make any sense to me, at least when I translate it into my language. But maybe the intention... anyway, can anyone give me some advice?

It'd would be fine if I was able to keep on gaining during preparations for school other stuff.

As far as I do it behind the cheek is simply grabbing your penis from behind, let's say you are standing and you get your hand on your ass and then to your penis (hand from behind) I think that's the simplest explanation and then you just pull it and pull it towards your ass cheeks. I think the easiest way to do it, is when you lie down on a bed for example, on your side, then you just pull your penis towards your ass (ass = cheeks (bottom cheeks)), cheeks actually means a part of your face, so maybe this was confusing.

I would recommend you an extender, I think it would be easier to implement it to your current lifestyle.

Now I got it. Hm.. yeah, an extender would probably better fit because I need to move from A to B, so hanging would fail.
According to extender, today I'm about to have worn mummy for almost 9 hours, inclusive rewrapping after every "cleaning inner body".
I intend to stretch in the morning, then, put on the mummy and jelq in the evening.

What do you think? Is it worth it and may I continue like this?

I changed the duration of stretching manually up to 45sec per stretch but reduced therefore the repetitions by 1.
So it looks like this: stretching in various directions: 2x45sec
I'll probably save some time by avoiding more breaks between the repetitions, but the time in which my penis is at its stretched state is the same, 90secs.
 
Not sure what do you mean by mummy? you mean just wrapping it with ace bandage? as to keep it extended while resting? It's definitely a good idea to wrap it up with ace bandage (elastic bandage) after a stretching session. But it's good to re-wrap it every 15-20 minutes with a bit of stretching between. I usually stretch in the morning and do girth in the evening with Bathmate and jelqs plus kegel exercises just during the day. You might want to add kegels to your routine.

Try to put as much time as you can spare into training and you should see some results and remember that it takes time. When you have the possibility, get an extender and add it your manual routine.
 
I meant "wrapping ace bandage around your penis" by mummy, because it looks like one.
