I was just wondering if there is a rule of thumb for staying extended after a stretch routine. I know that it's more ideal to stay extended all day but is there a time frame after a good stretch to stay extended that will benifit you the most and at what tension should one be?
Also while I'm here I am still having a real hard time with these "ligs" that lay on top of my cock. I am spending most of my stretch routine focused on them and not sure if I'm getting anywhere . This is getting really frustrating. I mean I'm pretty sure these things are holding me back and they are stubborn as hell. I'm almost positive they are ligs because when I have them stretched I can feel them all the way back to my pubic bone right where the dick exists. I just can't figure out the best way to attack them to get them to stretch. Very frustrating right now. If a video would help anyone with what I'm talking about I could try and shoot one but I think I explained it ok.

Well i dont think there is a "rule" or a time frame of how long u should be extended. Me personally If my daily shedule does allow me to stay during the day at home I stretch in the morning all possible angles and then wear at mid tension the phallosan so I can grow extended. Laten on at night I jump straight into my girth session by removing the Phallosan, putting on the Bathmate flassid for 5min warm up(not fully pumped) and jelq wet with lubricant for 30min. after that I do the 5x3x3 slow squash jelq session with hc bathmate streches and go to bed.

That's basically my routine except I wear the VLC for my ADS and then at night I go 15 to 20 min in the Penomet then I wrap just tight enough to keep me extended all night then in the morning I start all over again. I have been contemplating however on doing another stretch session at night since I have been having an issue with my ligs to see if that would help. Not really sure if that's the best solution or not.
 
sounds good. I forgot to mention that if my shedule is about to keep me outside during the day i do the girth session in the morning and at night manual stretches and right after the phallosan. one question: in your routine u dont jelq at all??
 
I know I make weight lifting analogies too often, but you really have to feel it out. Visualization and actually feeling what the exercises are doing is so much more important than just getting a ton of time under your belt. Just my opinion.

No I don't jelq right now in my routine. Partially due to time constraints, I don't think I'd ever have enough time to do every exercise out there, also I think I get the same effect with using the Penomet 15 to 20 mins a day. Jelq is used to engorge the penis for girth with light stretching. I get the same with the Penomet plus I also pull on the tube while pumped for expressive stretching, I believe this is superior to just jelqing, IMO.

I agree with you on the weight lifting analogy. 30 reps using improper form is less affective than 10 reps with proper form. I was actually referring though to the healing time needed in a stretched state after a stretch routine not necessarily how much time to stretch. I know being stretched in an extended state while healing is very beneficial I was just wondering if there was a time frame after a stretch routine that the healing process slows and if there is a certain intensity level one needs to be at to achieve maximum healing benifits. One reason I was curious is because after my morning stretch routine I put on my VLC and stay stretched all day but I was considering doing another stretch routine at night to deal with my tight lig problem that I've got right now but after a night stretch routine I wouldn't be able to wear the VLC for as long and just wonder if there was a general time frame for the healing taking place after stretching.

True! Visualization played a major roll in my gains, I think I never would have got to where I am without it.

I think you could use uncle jims wrap as much as u like or a cock ring those are good for passive healing.
