Love this exercise. The day I invented it was the week Jen came back to me. That was a good time for a while until she shit on my heart :) Anyway, at least this exercise survived the break up :)
 
yeah girls are our problem,not because we get a lot of pussy,but because we can get hurt,is hard to forget them sometimes?:(
 
I actually remember a special lady that can never be mine again, but hey man the lord decided that it was time to move on to something new, that's why she gone. He gave me her then took her away which is fine because I know that she belongs to him just like I do, and nobody can take Jesus away from me, or her. Whenever I want to self-pity myself I just remember that God has never left my side. I'll always be his beloved child :)

Bruh i have been in depressive state many times, and all those times I cried out to god. I basically just tell him what bothers me, and I start feeling something very warm, and comforting. When you engage the lord in prayer with an open heart he will also give you clarity on the things you need help understanding. You also gotta read your bible, so to take advantage of his valuable words

i am switching to length only routine with only 1-2 pump sessions a week. my wife keeps telling me to stop girth training so i guess its time to take a break and focus on length.
I'm doing 4 hours of lazy ass stretches also known as fowfers also known as buffalo bills would you fuck me dance. and half an hour of lengthmaster in the evening. im doing this every single day. sometimes i get more lazy stretch sometimes less. my question since im still a noob at length is this enough to grow or do I need more lengthmaster?


40 mins of daily length master session is the best way to go. Split into two 20 mins sessions to be done daily.
