that's already what i do clamped. yesterday, after clamping, i was so pumped up, if my dick was the size it was, i wouldn't even do Penis Enlargement. it looked so damn thick. it's just that the gains don't stay. if only that temporary pump would stay.....
 
Well clamping is to expand the tunica with such a pressure that manual girth exercises cant give. So your getting massive expansion but not cementing? Maybe your tunica is stretched out but there isn't enough smooth muscle to hold it at this enlarged state. Do you jelq? If you don't maybe throwing in some jelqs at the end of the session to promote smooth muscle growth. Thats my best guess man. Ive only gained a half an inch girth wise and I honestly believe that this is the problem. Hit it hard and jelq that joint til it stays for good.

maybe. i don't usually jelq and when it looked really swollen i did. maybe i should finish off with jelqs too then

Jelqing or any other girth exercise is great for reducing or eliminating any fluid build up. With the basic movement and intensity it will disperse the fluid build up throughout the penis. It will also keep you penis in tip top shape.
 
im not one to speak on girth but heres what i can tell you

i used to do the newbie routine without any rest at all except maybe one day off per week.but about 2 months ago when i started doing a girth day,length day and then of day while throwing in a couple new excersises i have now made some nice gains in length and although nothing new shows in girth when i measure,i kno ive made some slight gains and my veins are just fierce all of the sudden!

so i think you should just give yourself more rest time before you decide to throw in the towel

Agreed, I would clamp and that would be it and the gains would not appear. But added in some jelqing and helped get rid of the soggy fluid look you get and helped with gains.

Add in jelqing after all clamping sessions.
 
It also helps with flaccid hang. After just clamping and ending a session it would be plump for like a hour then fade. Now it stay for good from the jelqing after.

Remember all the exercises people want to skip are the BEST. Kegels and jelq, if you want gains DO THEM!!!
