Don't start too aggressive. Only an amount you can handle because you might cause some pain and discomfort. Those are realistic goals. Took me 11 months to go from 5.5 BPEL to 7.5 BPEL

The most important thing in using any exercise or equipment is to study and learn how to use in the most progressive way, meaning, take your time and never rush. As your learn you can increase the intensity until you are able to handle full intensity (maybe a 1 week process). As far as how fast gains can be made? This depends on how committed you are to training consistently and always pushing the intensity of your work. I gained 2" in 6 months but a I also put in 4-5 hours a day. I would say a general gain for most in an inch in a year.

Yeah depending how much time and or effort you put into working your penis could mean the difference in gaining in a few months compared to a whole year. Consistency is a key factor as well. Also realize you'll have to progress with more intense exercises as you grow.
 
For the SG, 30 days. The SiliStretcher combined with newbie routine or combined with length master, 30 days. But bear in mind that those are very little gains.
