For an example in the morning when I do my stretches I dont warm up or down is this bad. Later on during the day I jelq and I warm up and down doing this exercise.
 
I don't think it's necessary, but recommended. Especially before a girth session. My own experience taught me that masturbation/sex about 15-30 minutes before your stretching session is a way more effective than a rice sock or a hot wrap. I like to think that the PC muscle gets tired because of masturbation/sex and so a big part of the tension during a stretch can't be absorbed by it and is at the ligaments. Some people also like to do a lot of kegels before length work, but I think the other method (long masturbation/sex) is a bit more exciting.
 
As lazyhanger said. For myself, I always warm up for 5 minutes in a cup full of hot water and my balls for 1 and a half minutes. This is because my routine at the moment just consists of SSJ's and Bathmate sets, I also do the same for the warm down every session.

I don't think it is as necessary before stretching, however has it's benefits of making the ligs more pliable.
 
Penis health is also as important as Penis Enlargement and I think a warm up is really really healthy for it.
 
In most cases a light stretching can serve as a warm up. Heat is always good but kinetic energy (through the stretching) will produce good heat and will work as well.
 
I'd rather cut the 10 min warmup to an effective 5 min, and the warmdown from 10 to 0. Gives you 15 minutes more to strech/jelq/whatevaaaah, which I think is more benificial than the 15 mins extra of heat.

:S you shouldn't be doing that, I read that it's really not good to make the balls warm, since it's natural that the temperature of the testicles is about 5 deg. Celsius below the temperature of the rest of your body. Too much heat actually kills semen.

Really? I never knew this. Do you have a link to this study, I would love to read it.
 
I personally think it depends on what you are doing. With my Bathmate I dont warm up or warm down. I am in the shower though so w/e. When I do stretches I do warm up and usualy warm down. I am currently not doing girth but when I did I warmed up and down. I just wanted to prevent injury. Its up to you though.
 
DLD I actually read this in the very beginning of my Penis Enlargement "career", I wanted to knew everything :). I don't know where the article is, but if you search "testicles" on wikipedia you will find a paragraph where it says that the sperm production is less efficient at higher temperatures, therefor the testicles are naturally "colder" than the rest of the body. I don't want to fight mother nature (Penis Enlargement is an exception of course ;)) therefor I personally don't put heat on my nuts.

Very true indeed. In fact I've heard that some men in some parts of the world will actually use this as a method of ''birth control'', chilling the testicles with cold water or ice. I don't know much about the practice, but I would NOT trust it's efficacy. LOL
