I'm in this kind of self improvement almost three years, and I have started VERY SMALL, don't know exact length size but it was around 4.75 (honestly!!!!), and girth was even more ridiculous, I could swirl my fully erect dick through fucking toilet paper roll.
All of that changed when I've discovered this site, and started to work out, days passed I was gaining, I was happy I had feeling I'm the toughest on planet etc. All of a sudden gains STOPPED..WHY!? Because of goddamn plateau, after some searching I didn't figured out NOT SIMPLE THING and decided to use my brain and intelligence. Why we face plateau? Well go by logic, tissue becomes stronger because of the work with the same intensity every day and same exercising protocol as well. Breaking is simple YOU HAVE BATHMATE AND WINE VAC? Kick the shit out of your dick, overtrain it, ERADICATE that tunica STUBORNESS that is responsible for your plateau. You don't have Bathmate? Alright, do some exercise switch, instead of JELQ for example, go for ULIS, or instead of SSJ's go for jelq, switch, experiment, don't stick to ONE routine protocol you work, it won't bring up new gains, I mean it will but you will hit plateau 10/10. Best thing if you ask me is to switch exercises EVERY DAY, it works good for me I see gains, I feel results of work and I'm happy. I won't tell you my current stats because it hasn't changed much in last 2-3 months maybe a bit but not eye visible, it is not plateau it is just because of lack of time, but shit I'm not going to stop ever with this. In a nutshell, this is what I have been preaching for years. You cannot continue to gain without forcing new tissue adaptation. This is why beginner routines stop working after a while and why things like vacuum hanging only work for so long. You have to continue to force new adaptation of the tissues through a continued increase in resistance over time. This does not mean simply training longer and longer each day. Actually increasing the resistance level.

yep simple as that most of us are wondering why gains dont show up,well tha answer can be simple....the tissue adapts and becmes tougher..increasing the intensity is fucking key
 
Good to hear from you Troyka, keep pushing it!

Truly upping the ante many times is the trick. And keeping your training program variable, as in to keep the body guessing in a way. I've also noticed this personally, as I've switched pumps or "programs" (whatever I might be doing ;) ) and therefore noticing gains.
It's also good on the mental side of PE, to have variation in your exercises so that you keep on doing those exercises. I think at times men might have trouble sticking to a workout as it's repetitive, people in overall need different kind of stimulus from time to time. I surely personally need the variation, be it few more or less minutes, harder or easier, different pump or different kind of stretches.

I've personally noticed this kind of guessing game in "dieting" as well. You might be well in the game, losing weight but then hit a stop; body has adapted to certain kind of meals/exercise etc., so change must be made.

I hope many new guys was reading this thread by now, and I hope it will help as well.
I'm stuck with my process, not so consistent in recent time, not SO MUCH motivated anymore like before.
Fact is that I grew but not as much as it should be for three years of working, and one more advice unrelated to this topic - Guys don't get TOO BIG trust me it will only bring pain to your girl and mental pain to you, why mental pain you might ask...Weeeell you were spending tons and tons of time and will to get it bigger and all of it can fall in the water if you are WAY TOO BIG! Trust me 6.5x5.5 is already BIG for most girls, most NORMAL girls to be precise, sluts are something else, if you are chasing sluts and they chasing you, go for 10x7 and fire em up...but 6.5x5.5 is already big, and 7x5.75 is PERFECT size to have boyzzz. STAY COOL FELLAS

You are very correct. If 7x5.75 is anything to go by, most of us are very close to this size.

Im almost 7 long ALMOST and around 5.5. Few more months and I can start cementing it. Small dick issue - SOLVED!

i think that s the size most bros can achieve in a medium to long term period of time depending on consistency,intensity,penis anatomy knowledge...

I have read about guys thatve gained an inch in a relatively short period of time tough....
 
The body will become used to any given exercise, tool or routine over a certain amount of time. With tools intensity needs to be consistency added. With exercises they need to be constantly increased in intensity and when this is no longer possible the exercise will need to be changed, in routines there always needs to be a mix of exercise to keep the body guessing but also when a plateau is reached the routine itself may need to change. The best routine to get into that will allow you all of these important needs is SRT, it is the exact mirror of what I have just shown.

Nice post. Nowadays, I don't bother about a plateau as long as I have the almighty length master for bundled stretches.
