I keep reading guys saying they're growing .5x.5 in a month, .3 in a couple of weeks, etc etc. Meanwhile, I'm stretching between 1 and 3 hours a day and haven't seen any growth after my first month. So I was wondering what could be the difference between me and everyone else. My first instinct is that I'm skinny as hell and not as strong as average, so maybe I'm not pulling hard as everyone else. On the other hand, I'm conscious of this and often try to pull with all my strength to get as much of a stretch as possible. Could this actually be counterproductive?

Some people seem to be hardgainers in either length or girth (sometimes unfortunately both). You might need more force than your hands and arms can deliver. Maybe the Lengthmaster would have been the better choice for you, but idk, with the BM-Hardcore-stretches you may have an powerful alternative (have no experiences with these devices).
Another idea would be to focus more on erect stretching in case you haven't done that already. Also all the fulcrum-based exercises might work better for you. But I guess you have have tried them already, since you're so active here on the board and thus must have read a lot about footlongs and the likes. Personally I found the V-Stretch to be very mighty (just in case yo haven't tried it, though you gotta be careful here with the nerve that runs along the upper side of the penis).
Enforcing the grip with rubber gloves or chalk is another option that comes to mind.

Pull down. Figure out how to get really low grips and grip low so you stretch that suspensory ligament. Google images of where that is located.

I got 1.75" just from SL work. I was very high slung and erect would poke out at about 30%.

I pull pretty hard, for BTC, I reach behind my leg and use the back of my leg as a pivot against my arm, sit down for straight down pulls and again use the back of my leg as a pivot, use 2 hands for all other stretches, thinking about buying a lengthmaster

i tend to be skeptical of very quick gains b/c there is never any proof. Now skeptical doesn;t mean i completely disbelieve their growth claims either. you seem to be a hard gainer. stretch for the stars and you'll at least land on the moon ;)

This is a good way to look at it. Believe me, manual stretchers, you can put 100% of your strength into a stretch and will only gain more. Stretching with not enough intensity will lead to crappy gains. The proper thing to do is start out gentle but consistently work up to your maximum strength. If manual stretching at 100% was dangerous there would be no need for the LengthMaster. LengthMaster users will attest to the stretch being far more than their own strength could produce. It is scary in the beginning and fear of hurting yourself is there but once you learn your way around this you will see the 100% intensity is not only safe but most effective.

I just remember reading someone talk about how too much hard pulling can lead to ligs toughening and make it harder to grow. Glad that's not the case lol. I just need to keep at it full force like I have been.

That's a ton of length. What was your starting size?

I am sure this can happen to some. especially if they don't practice SRT and ligaments heal in a turtled manner. SRT will prevent this from possibly occurring.

A rule of thumb i have employed and just need to stay consistent with the the millionman approach. Get a good grip on your penis. OK, reverse ok, whatever you can in order to feel a solid grip on the inner penis. Go slowly outward and you will feel a point where your penis will react on its own to the force and distance of the stretch being performed, at that point you will start to experience tugback because your ligaments/muscles/tendons dont like going past their comfort zone. Once you find this zone push just slightly past it once the muscle contractions stop or you voluntarily stop them, then repeat the sequence. Over time youll find you can stretch further, your penis will come under more of your control, etc. Once you reach that point you can begin to apply more force as youll have a greated understanding of your own physiology. thats my 2 cents.

Try some footlong stretches; very powerful!

I switch to them when my hands get tired lol

That's essentially what I do now. When I get to that tug back feeling, I reverse kegel though.

Yah that's why I stay at least lightly extended all day long

Too many men get scared of pulling too hard and this is just not possible, the penis is very resilient and can handle a lot of intensity. I think many guys who are not gaining consistently are not using enough force in their exercises. Like I said above, it should be progressive to get to the 100% intensity, not going too fast, giving yourself time to adjust but once able you should be putting your all into the stretch.

See, now I'm just in a place where the whole business scares me that I'll damage my unit and not be able to get hard due to veinous leakage or lig damage or something. I pulled like a mofo during my stretches, I got a very slight but noticeable improvement which didn't last and never stuck. I wonder if I'm one of the guys PE can't help :(
