1. 5 minute warmup

2. 5 minutes of 30 second stretching in each direction (left,right,up,down and out)

3. 50 dry jelqs (25 at the base and 25 in the middle) lasting about 2 seconds each

4. 200 wet jelqs lasting about 4 second each

5. 5 minute warmdown


would you guys consider this a good workout or if not what am i doing wrong

sounds good man.

make sure to take starting measurements so that you will know if and when you've gained or not

Very solid routine! You man want to work a small kegel routine in and perhaps some testicle health if you are concerned with penis and scrotum hang. Other than that everything looks nice.
 
thanks guys that means alot to know that my routine is solid...but i'm still a little confused on how exactly to do a kegal..i have an idea on how to do it but i'm not sure i'm actually doing it right...the way i do it is i make believe i'm holding my pee in..is that right??

i dont mean to be annoying because i'm sure you guys get asked this question alot by newbies but i'm still confused on how to actually squeeze your pc muscle..if you guys can give me a description of how you do it i think that would really help.
 
The program you have looks great.

Use the search-button at the top of the screen and and search for kegals. You will get alot of results.

Sounds great, but I'd definietely think about doing a few fewer dry jelqs, but maybe a few more wet jelqs mate. (maybe 25-30 dry and 300 wet).

The Dry jelqs are really hard on your member, especially if you're a beginer.

What warm-up method are you using ?
 
yea those dry jelqs are a little tough on my member but i didnt know how much to start out with so i started with 50 but i'll probably lower that number to about what u said 25-30... the warmup i'm using is a 5 minute hot shower.

In order to kegel you basically have to act like you are pissing and then try to stop pissing. The stopping is basically a kegel.
 
i find dld's routine a little confusing so thats why i just do my routine which i have no problem doing...i dont know what cranks are and is basic jelqing dry jelqing or wet jelqing?..if i knew all this i probably would be doing dld's routine since many people had success doing it...i'm getting pretty good results from my routine so i'll probably stick to it
 
hey guys i'm also wondering if its possible to shrink your head (glans) while stretching because everytime i stretch i actually squeeze part of my glans while doing my stretches not meaning to..it also looks like my glans is a little smaller that what it usually is maybe its just my imagination but i would like to know if its possible to make your glans smaller by stretching
 
No, I think it does get smaller. Maybe it has to do with it being smushed and bloodflow not being normal when it is being stretched. Everyone I think has that happen to them when stretching flaccid.
