Ok I am no stranger to Penis Enlargement, but what has always bothered me is I could never tell what makes for a productive session. With working out you can tell your progression by going up in weight (strength) for the short term, and the long term measuring your muscles, and body fat percentage, but when it comes to Penis Enlargement there has to be a way to judge a good session.

I would like to use this thread for other's to talk about their expereince, and what a productive session means to them. Would like this to center of Jelqing, and stretching.

For jelqing what i have noticed that if my penis starts to swell, and builds up with a bit of fluid, trapped blood I think it is. I would think that would be a successful session

For stretching I try to always try and beat my flaccid stretched length each session. WOuld be great to have a product that could measure the length of your stretches while you are doing it to make sure you are stretching beyond the threshold.

What do you guys think?
 
I like your last statement very much. That's what I do. I measure my flaccid stretch after a hard session to see if I've reached a new length, however tiny--always trying to stretch it beyond the previous max.

There are so many ways to fudge the stats in this regard, however. And whatever you do, you don't want to deceive yourself.

You also have to go with your gut feeling. Does it "feel" fuller. That extra blood does weigh quite a bit, just like water. That's a sure sign you're growing down there.
 
With streching, i think that a ache at the base of the penis is a sign of a productive session and after jelqing a ache in the penis could also be considered a sign of a productive session.
 
I measure my nbp stretched flaccid length. If it was longer than before I just know I did something right (stretched harder, different angles). I mean, there are tons of other ways too but I see you point...
 
So far I see with stretching measuring you nbsl at the end of a session is a good way.

My question is everybody who uses this method is there anyone who has not gained length because of it?

Now for jelqing what is a good way for determining a good session? How much fluid buildup should you get? Is your session productive if you don't get any fluid build up? Normally the penis will look swelled with blood, almost semi hard.

Who was gained off jelqing, and not have any fluid build up? If not, what was an indicator for you that you had a good session?
 
you know it's productive when u feel like ur damn dick is about to rip annnnnnnnnnnnnnnd if you wake up the next day a lil sore. that's a good work out. just kegel ur ass off and by the end of the day u'll be hard as a rock ready to fuck :D

Streching....i dunno, if i dont have to re-adjust my grip alot and i get a good 5 mins of pulling in each direction without having to adjust my grip, i consider that a good strech

Maximum expansion is subjective. What is maximum expansion. Again in this case I would say bigger that was your normal erect girth is, or is it your flaccid girth you should measure against?

when Jelqing, i say maximun expasion meaning i expanded my penis to its limit, making it the biggest it can be for like 20- 25 mins. and when i say good technique, that will equal good results. You will notice it hangs longer and the base girth is also big after a good downward strech
 
I am trying to get quantitative productive elements one can use to tell if what they are doing is working. You are speaking very qualitatively. Which is fine for you. If what you do is working for you, but how I would interpret maximum expansion is anything that is greater than your normal erect girth. After a while you may come to find out that 3/4 inch extra of an expansion is ideal for a productive session. I am just trying to take out the unknowns in pe, and put in the knowns.

Hmm.. one nobody has added for lenth is if you start up your Penis Enlargement the day after a session and your a little sore.. I know I've had a good workout the previous day.
 
When i bleed from the tip of my penis from doing ssj's. i consider that a good workout. when jelqing if i feel sore and have bruising spots, i consider that a goodwork out.
 
Another excellent sign of a good stretching or jelqing workout is sporting a "full flaccid" for the next day or two--anywhere between 7" and 8" with a 6" girth. That's a sure sign I've been working it hard and getting results.
 
I like what’s been said about the BPFL measurements. These are far more objective than the "feel" measures. Just make sure your set up (e.g., grip, ruler, hand position) is consistent. The only thing that's variable is the force of the pull. My advice for this is to pull as hard as you can – it’s easier to hit your max strength than it is to estimate a medium tension.

and there it is, well said samzman...I've switched to Uli's workout and have been doing it 2 to 4 times per day, time permitting.


I know I've had a great workout when three things happen:

1. my cock is rock hard on the last Uli and it feels like it's gonna split for pretty much every squeeze on the under side just below the head.

2. I've got the little red dots from capillaries bursting from intense pressure, usually reserved for the new guys in the beginning.

3. when I'm having sex with my wife and right in the middle she starts telling me that my cock is changing and exactly where...that's productive.

if blood was cumming out of my urethra i would never do Penis Enlargement again
 
Great topic! For me it is an immediate increase in size post workout. I like to see a .5" increase in girth and about the same in length, a bit less. I realize these gains are temporary but it does give a peek into the future. Post, flaccid size can also reflect a good session for me but not always. I try to avoid getting involved with obsessive checking on my penis, it only leeds to negativity.
 
On Jelqing I try to squeeze my dick kinda hard when moving upwards. After I do a hundred or so the sides of my dick start burning. That's a good workout for me! LMAO
