Hey guys I need your help, sorry for my English I'm from Denmark 26 years old.


I have had problems getting an erection in the last 2 days. It takes me 5-10 minuts to get a soft semi-erection.

This problem started after doing some edging watching ����, I went too far and was at the ponr 3 times which I stopped with a Kegel, when I decided to ejaculate, not a single drop of semen came out. I didn't freak out until the next morning, (03-30-2017) it was very hard to get an erection and when I ejaculated very little semen came out (no pre-cum). I tried again in the evening and even worse result no semen came out, I had to squeezed out.

I usually have erections 3-4 times a day or easily have erection just by looking or fantasizing.

Btw my glans have been very dry and insensitive these two days!

My balls are aching today I feel like I'm recovering from a hit at the balls. I can feel a little bit of soreness in my stomach and kidneys when I'm relaxing.
I have also noticed that I have been urinating a lot. I didn't mastubate today couldn't get it up. probably reverse psychology.

While I'm writing this I had a little of blood rushing through my penis, it didn't last long but I'm feeling positiv!

Has anyone experienced what I did? And where is my semen ?

Should I consult my doctor? or wait a couple of days?

This is the hardest thing to do. But just do not touch your penis for at least a week and few days. Do kegels and reverse kegels only if you have to.
 
you need to take a break. the penis is just like any other tissue,more accurately, the muscles. what you did is exhaust your penis. what you need to do is 1. drink plenty of water 2.eat a healthy diet 3.take a break from pe for a couple of days to a week 4.apply a warm wet towel as if you are warming up for exercise. you can also do the testicle health massage to help decrease your testicle pain, which is also normal by the way since the whole reproductive system is exhausted. but don't edge or jerk off and don't exercise for a few days. give your dick a break! lol

Sounds like the edging freaked you out and now you have become obsessive about the condition of your penis. A very normal physiological and psychological issue in the Brotherhood. I went through something similar in my early days and I thought I broke my dick for sure but in all reality, it is VERY hard to injure your penis in any permanent way. It is extremely resilient and will heal itself very quickly, if any damage was done. In your case no damage was done from the work you described, these things do not cause impotence, they benefit erection quality. I think you need to relax, take a couple days off, let your mind unwind and come back with a more sober approach. I know more than any urologist out there, you do not need a doctor!
 
I agree with DLD. I will add, if it would ease your mind, perhaps a Dr visit to get checked out. Don't mention the edging scenario as it is likely irrelevant. I think you're the type currently at least, who just needs an "experts" words of reassurance to make you feel better.

Sorry for not responding and thank you all for your advices. Yes my penis seemed to be exhaust, what I did the very next morning is, I took 2400mg of L-arginin and went to the gym and worked out my legs to rush a lot of blood down there, in the evening everything was back to normal.
