I am a short dude, 5'5 . There other day I was stood next to my three mates at the bar and I felt out of place. They are all 5'11+ and I felt like a dwarf next to them. I am also in love with a chick who is 5'10, lol.

When I got home, I started looking around on the internet for 'cures' for lack of height and came across a whole community similar to that of Penis Enlargement.

Some of the claims on these sites seem too good to be true such as increases of up to 5 inches in height through natural exercises. I still think this is a lies, but I can't help but think that if people post on a forum about increases and the exercises are free, why would they bother to lie? After all who would think it would be possible to increase the length of your penis by exercising.

Thoughts on this subject would be good . Does anyone have experience of this subject?

I have chimed in on this somewhere else but I do have a little bit of advice. Just like reaching your full potential in penis size (naturally) without Penis Enlargement but more your FULL potential in erection size. SO lets say that at your best erection strength you are at 6" but typically you are 5.5 with normal EQ then your full potential is 6". In height this is along the same lines as lets say your height typically is 5' 9" but when you stand straight with excellent posture you are 5' 10". Now, most people have poor posture and just concentrating on having good posture will deliver an increase in height.

There are also many exercise that focus on stretching the spine and other connective tissue that will also increase height. It is important to understand that this is all focused on better posture. Actually increasing height beyond "full potential" is limited by bone structure BUT many of the exercises that are available do not focus on bone elongating but rather tissue expansion. So the space between each disc and the tissue that connects these discs is fully able to be elongated.
 
As DLD said, practice good straight posture and also purchase one of those inversion tables or buy the boots and hang off a chinning bar. That decompresses your spine and stretches your back out and in time it can lead to possible height increase.

I had a friend who said he would use those special inversion boots and hang off the chinning bar in the garden with a modified strap around his waist and something like 30-50lbs hanging off it. He would increase this in time and he said it helped stretch his spine out and increase his height. I think its more to do with it decompressing his spine and allowing the muscles to re-align in a good posture.

Hey,

How old was your friend that increased his height and do you know his routine (frequency of hanging/length of time) and how long it took him to gain how much height?

I have had an inversion table that i have been using for a while now, but haven't noticed anything. I have had it since i was 24, haven't used it consistently, but trying to now (at age 26). I don't think there is much hope of height increase anymore for me, but you never know. I just don't know how much weight to use while hanging and how long to hang for to have a shot at it IF AT ALL possible. I am not short (5"11) but i'd like to be taller.

If you can find out any info for me, i would greatly appreciate it.

All my cousins are 6'2+... some of my friends are 6'8. Australians must be tall haha. I'm nearly 6'1 and i'm considered pretty short for/by guys my age here.
 
It seems pretty realistic that anyone could increase there height by 2-3 inches permeability if you stay true to the stretching routine, eat right, and get enough sleep. Please, any constructive feedback would be appreciated.
if you lie on an inversion table.. technically you'd be taller by about 1 1/5 inch for maybe.. a half hour? but it goes away...
 
I am quite interested in this, for sure. Being slightly shorter than average isnt fun, but there are some ideas out there. I'm not sure if we are allowed to post links on this forum (I am quite new here, so if it is against the rules, please let me know/delete it. thanks), but here is a website that is interesting to me and for those who are interested in gaining height.

I haven't done any exercises from this website (with Penis Enlargement and work, I have no time). I gave stretching a chance for two months, but its too time consuming and for an extra inch in height (with no certainty), its not worth the time and effort.

Not sure if you'll find anything that might work. Lateral joint loading seems realistic and targets bone growth with microfractures (something like that, I think).

Anyways, height increase, I believe, is possible if you believe and work at it. Just make sure whatever you do to achieve your goal is realistic and SAFE.

And, oh ya....being tall doesn't make you any more of a man - remember that ;)
 
It just makes sense that height can be increased when the basic physics of it all it established. Between every joint, between every vertebrate, between every bone is room to stretch and elongate ligaments. Good posture with a good stretching routine will definitely increase height.
 
Well There are lots of exercise for increase height You can do jumping and ankle weights still might work as they drive fluid flow through the bone.
 
Well im not sure if you can make yourself taller, but i do know that yoga makes you appear taller. Trust me.

Increasing height is VERY possible. It needs to be understood that years of poor posture will eventually strip you of height. Spine stretching, good posture, standing on your toes, walking about with a book balanced on your head, and many other simple tricks will bring height.
 
Hypnosis could help. Look into growing taller with hypnosis. Its a routine that will work since our bodies are merely what our minds make of them.
 
I am about the same height as you and I used to feel short, but no longer do. I put on some weight going to the gym, and I stand taller as I have also developed my confidence over the years. People now think that I am taller than I actually am - they usually guess my height about 3 inches more than it is. Be confident and comfortable with who you are, and you will appear taller in other peoples perspective. If you lack confidence, you tend to stoop without knowing it as a symbol of feeling inferior.

I said it once and I'll mention it again. The other way to become taller after your growth plates have fused is by leg lengthening. I am currently looking into extending my femur by at least 2.00" and at the utter most 2.50" my femurs are smaller then my tib and fib. The best site for information on this is make me taller.

The turn around from surger depends on the surgeon. From talking with vets and pro's almost everyone recommends Dr. Dror Paley or Dr. Xia. They have the best track record and they have been doing this surgery for a long time. Look into it if you are interested.

I want it because my torso is long my legs are short and just a couple more inches in height make a huge difference. I'd be around 5'9-5'10. Ideal for me and what I am looking for.

Its definitely not for everyone but who doesn't want to be taller and have a bigger dick. Lol. If there were a way to get taller by manual stretches or hanging I'd be in clinical trials first.

Also if your growth plates have not yet fused closed then you're a lucky bastard. You can look into rHGH injection therapy. It can get pricey but it is worth it from what I heard. But also read up on the side effects and rare cases before following through.
