My setup is homemade, based on a post I saw on this forum, by I "stillwantmore". Anyway I wrap a piece of cloth around my penis and use a piece of braided nylon hose, which I cut to size, overtop of that. I hang the weight from a hole I bored in the end of the hose and use a hose clamp to tighten the whole contraption and hold it in place.

Sometimes, it will pinch my skin, but I can tell when it is doing that, and after playing around with it for a few minutes, I can usually eliminate the pinch. Using what I guess is about a pound, I feel a stretch on the top of my penis where it meets the body. It feels kind of good but kind of hurts at the same time. Using 2.5 lb, I do experience some discomfort from the hanging device itself, i.e. pressure on the head, but this is nothing compared to the somewhat intense pain from what I believe is the actual stretch. The pain is definitely at the top of my penis where it meets the body.

I've been hanging with the 1lb for 10 min. Followed by some jelqs. I've also been doing some manual stretches. I know it can't be working already (after less than a week) but I really thought I was like 5.5-6 inches EL. Measuring Thurs, however, it was definitely a good 6 in, if anything it is slightly more, but not by much.

I'd be happy to get to 7" EL, but more would be nice. Haven't thought much about girth yet, as I believe that is around 5".

U gatto invest in some hanger if any thing, any noose type device is begging for trouble.
 
I agree that if 2.5 is painful, you may need a new hanger. I have the BIB Starter, but even that will give some discomfort (albeit from 15 pounds). If you are only hanging 10 minutes per day, expect your gains to come to a halt soon. It is recommended that you try to get in around 10 hours of hanging per week, which amounts to around 85 minutes daily. Best of luck.
 
If I tried it with your home-made hanger, I probably would scream too. You first need lots more wrap than probably what you are using. You can hang with a home-made hanger, but you need to wrap good and never pinch your penis else it will hurt bad. Hanging is good but you need to, as has been said over and over, build up to it. Start with the Newbie routine and work up. Penis Enlargement is really fun and easy and very beneficial. GS
 
You are stretching skin now, that{s ok becouse you need that anyway. Keep the weight low until you no longer feel that pain (or burning) feeling on the top-base.

The hanger needs to be very tight too when you increase the weight (you need a week or 2 for skin stretch before) so that it actually grabs internal structures below the glands and uses them as a cushion below the glands.

Consider getting a better hanger, you will need it when you start hanging for real.

That is the homemade Bib that I used shortly after starting my hanging career. It can be good at lower weights, but you will have to tweak the hanger for your personal situation. Be sure that all edges are beveled properly.

Also, if you are wrapping with non-elastic cloth, that is not good.

In the area of the pinch, be sure the hanger is beveled properly.

That is good, and what you want. Skin and ligament stretch can be intense. Over time, this will subside, and you will need to increase weight. First, do as others have suggested, and work up to hanging for your amount of available privacy time. But do not push it too fast.

No problem. Also, be sure the V or U that you cut in the hanger for the head well is properly shaped for the shoulders of your head.
