MOS. At first I want to tell you that if something works for one person doesn't mean that will work for you with the same results.
You should probably stick with DLD
newbie routine.
Guys, my routine is LIGHT, because I don't know why but when I change my routine to intense work-out I lose gains.At first, I DON'T SMOKE (very important). I notice that my gains
were significantly smaller when I was smoker!!!!!!!! bad for circulation, bad for breathing! (two really important parts of Penis Enlargement).
I am doing yoga and street-work out. Yoga for circulation and breathing! Street-work out for breathing.
this is my routine:
First day:
Morning:
-10 min warm-up
-15 min basic yoga stretches
-five straight stretches,30 seconds each(with deep breathing,slow with very light intense)
1 set of DLD
newbie routine(just stretching)
-100 fast erect kegels,25 erect 5 seconds kegels, and 3 one minute kegels.
Afternoon:
I do street-work out(to boost my testosterone)
warm-up 10 minutes
Pumping-10 minutes
10 minute-testicle massage
Second day:
Morning:
-10 min warm-up
-15 min basic yoga stretches
-five straight stretches,30 seconds each(with deep breathing,slow with very light intense)
1 set of DLD
newbie routine(just stretching)
Afternoon:
I do street-work out(to boost my testosterone)
warm-up 10 minutes
Jelging-10 minutes jelging(3-4 seconds each,slow jelging)
10 minute-testicle massage
4 day on,1 day off.
