what do you take for a zinc supplement? I have been taking a zinc cap, and it's only 22mg per cap....comes in a bottle of 60....I'd have to take the whole bottle to get that!

thanks, really interesting material there. just ordered some saw palmetto, bioperine, ashwagandha and don quai. Is it safe to use don quai as it mainly for women?
