discoloration went away after 3 days. I just bought some silicone sleeves to use instead of UJW and I was wondering, is it a good idea to pump with a silicone sleeve and is there any benefits on using the sleeve after pumping, because on the website they say its good for after pumping but I thought it was not a good idea to compress the penis after pumping but use a cockring instea. Am I right?

I have been toying-around the idea of pumping with a sleeve to isolate the glans and focusing on length...logically, this seems to make sense to me (but I haven't tried it yet)

A sleeve after girth work would be counter intuitive, a cock ring should be worn after girth. A sleeve can be used after length.
 
so today I noticed something and I was wondering if its a sign of something... When I started PE a month ago, after using the SG, my penis was really stretched after a session and I felt no resistance at all from my ligs. Today I'm a bit sore from pumping I guess, because when I press on my dick it hurts in the inside, but I stretched for 4h with the SG and my penis is not soft and stretched, its compact and when I stretch it manually, I feel a lot of resistance and as if I was doing a warmup and never stretched for 4h . is it normal?

Do you mean you are lacking strength in the stretching itself? I am kind of lost on the question.

sorry if I wasn't clear enough. What I'm saying is that when I started PE a month ago, my penis was really stretched after a SG session (long flaccid) and I was able to manually stretch my penis without feeling any resistance from my ligs, to a point where I thought it wasn't normal, but it was probably due to fatigue. So yesterday I did a 4h session, I was sore from pumping the night before but still wanted to stretch. So after my session, my penis was not stretched and the flaccid length went back to the size it was before my session. I tried to do manual stretching after that and I could feel a lot of resistance from my ligs. Is it normal? hope I'm clear enough

Very normal. Seeing temporary gains in length is not really possible, the only way to see the future results is to measure bone-pressed-flaccid-stretched. This will give you an idea of future gains. If the penis turtles, it usually means your session was kick ass! When the penis hides it is upset with being stretched so hard :) So seeing gains in length should be viewed through BPFS every 2 weeks maybe. Seeing permanent gains should be done after 90 days. I hope that helps.
 
ok guys, quick question for you. Right now, this is what I'm doing for my length routine:

1. 5 minutes expressive stretching using the Length Master
2. 5 minutes Bundled Stretches (Length Master)
3. 30 secs for each of these stretches: (Length Master)
1) Straight Up to Center
2) Straight Up to Left
3) Straight Up to Right
4) Straight Out to Center
5) Straight Out to Left
6) Straight Out to Right
7) Straight Down to Center
8) Straight Down to Left (Under leg)
9) Straight Down to Right (Under leg)
10) Behind the Cheeks to Center
11) Behind the Cheeks to Left
12) Behind the Cheeks to Right
13) Rotaries: 25 Cranks

4. Were SizeGenetics at Medium tension for 1h to help cement gains
5. Continue to were SizeGenetics at full tension for 3 more hours


***So my question is.... is it necessary to do all the stretches with the LM after my bundled stretches? I Do my bundled stretches in all direction, then I do the same thing with normal stretches so it's kinda repetitive no? I was thinking about replacing the basic stretches with LM manual stretches like A-stretch, bow and arrow, body rock, base stretch etc. that way, I use a variety of stretches and I also have base stretch. What do you guys think?

I would do all the stretches you can with the LengthMaster. All fulcrum stretches should be done with the PowerAssist portion of the LM. Stretches that you find have more intensity manually, due to angle, go with a manual version.

so bundled stretches + normal stretches using the LM + all the LM stretches with power assist?
