Hi guys, I have the BM and SG right now and I'd like to know what would be the best routine for my goals. I want to gain 1-1.5 inches in length and 1 inch in girth. Should I focus on either length or girth or I can do both with great results? Keep in mind I cant were the SG at work so i use it as sonn as I get home. since I cant use it for 8h, my routine is:

1 Hour wearing SizeGenetics
Remove Extender
30 Rotary Stretches
5 Downward Stretches (30 seconds each)
5 Upward Stretches (30 seconds each)

repeat 3-5 times depending on how much time I have left.

I finish off with a 15-20 min BM session.


Few things I'd like to know: Is it normal if my glans become blue? If i stretch very light I have no issues, but If I go for max length, my head become blue. Is it normal?

Another things I'd like to know is: I'm almost 7" BPEL, is it better to stretch for a longer period (6-8h) at lets say 7" without any big discomfort or should I stretch to 7.25" with big discomfort and having to remove the device after 1h or less?

Last question (for now haha) is about the BM. With SG, I read you should stretch to BPEL+1cm, but what about the BM? Same thing? how do you know if you are using too much pressure?

Hey Split, I like the routine, I have some things that should be included but overall it looks good. With your BathMate you want to use the SRT 5x5x3 routine, it will bring girth gains so much faster. Next, it is far better to wear the extender at 7.25 for an hour than 7" for 4 hours. When in an extender you always want to be a bit longer than your BPEL. With the BathMate expect at least .25" of temp growth but it could be as much as 1" or more. Before both length and girth routine get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches. Also, get in 5 minutes, 3 times a week of Erect Stretching. Other than that everything looks good.
 
just saw your uncle jims wrap post. How tight do you put the wrap? Has to be tight to hold the stretch, right? Also, is it important to use the whole wrap or I can just use half of it, because its a bit too big in my pants lol.

Hey I noticed a drop in EQ the last 2 days. Can I continue stretching or I should take a break?

I think you need break,I had the same pumping and clamping 2 days in a row took break. 24 hrs break is a good idea you need time to grow

Yes, the state of fatigue through ejaculation or overtraining (purposely) will allow for the best possible stretch because the Pelvic Floor muscles are too tired to resist the stretch making it pure ligament stretching.
 
so if I have bad EQ I can still stretch but no bathmate right? if I can get a full erection can I use the bathmate? It's weird, when I started stretching my EQ was through the roof, I had a hard time to put the SG on because it gave me a boner but now I can still have a boner but it doesn't last long. Last thing I want to know is how do you set the SG length. Is it BPEL + 1 cm or fully outstretched flaccid length + 1cm? If its flaccid length, do you take the mesurement while cold, because me flaccid length is longer after 1h of stretching so I was wondering if I should take the mesurement before I stretch or after 1h?

It is a balancing act and if you have a wife and a active sex life it can be a great balancing act.

You always want to be in the extender longer than your erect, bone-pressed length. How far? As much as possible.
 
what do you mean a balancing act? Also, do you apply uncle jims wrap on your day off? I guess since you are in a recovery state...

how can I get my EQ back? When I started stretching my EQ was like 110% rock hard. Now I can still have a boner but I'm like at 100% for 5-10 secs and I can't keep a hard erection. Any advices?

In this case yes but that does not need to be the future answer. Start to put some real effort into Kegels and build the strength of the Pelvic Floor Muscles, this will aid in EQ. Also edging is another great way to increase EQ. Now remember this, poor EQ (fatigue) is the best time to stretch as there is no resistance from the Pelvic Floor Muscles, so as you are awaiting the return of good EQ stretch the crap out of your flaccid penis!
 
poor EQ is a sure sign of fatigue (which is the best time for stretching as Mike mentions), so listen to your body. PE is a marathon but you're not going to run the entire distance the first time out there. Train and condition yourself gradually, all the while increasing intensity where/when you can.

And if you have an active sex life it is important to plan your training around this so you have good eq. This will take some experimenting but you will get it down.
 
so after a bit of reading, if I have the SG, LM and BM, my routine should look like this if I follow SRT?

Length Routine (AM)

1. 6 minutes expressive stretching using the loop of LengthMaster
2. 30 secs for each of these stretches:
1) Straight Up to Center
2) DLD Blasters: 5x30 secs
3) Straight Down to Left (Under leg)
4) Straight Down to Right (Under leg)
5) Rotaries: 25 Cranks
6) Behind the Cheeks to Left
7) Behind the Cheeks to Right

3. Were SizeGenetics at Medium tension for 1h to help cement gains
4. Continue to were SizeGenetics at full tension for 3 more hours
5. After Length Session, Wrap penis with Ace Bandage until girth session


Girth Program: 5x5x3 (PM)

5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq

5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq

5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq OR Jelq

*Use cockring after girth session to keep expension
