Personally, I would. I have been doing a lot of reading and will be compiling all info in a very long post in he near future I think. Long story short, our collagen fibers can become trained to elongate, however immobility is harmful. So to just sit there and allow turtling and immobility would be negative as opposed to remaining lengthened in uncle Jims.

Everything looks good with the exception of two exercises. Before both length and girth session get in 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches, the LengthMaster is the best way to perform them. 3 times a week get in 5-10 minutes of erect stretching to help secure gains from FSBP to EBP. I would also include the Testical Health Massage and Stretch found in the Newbie Routine, you can use this as a warm down and it will greatly benefit your penis in the way of a heavier hang and a longer flaccid size. Aside from that you have it on target.

thanks DLD, how do you do your erect stretching? with BM, hands or LM. You said that I should include bundled stretches before girth and length session, I read somewhere that you should have 2 months of PE before doing it, is it true? Do I need all these stretches for length session (bundled stretches+normal stretching in all directions+SG or bundled stretches+SG is fine?Also, about the LM, I ordered it but I was wondering... isn't dangerous to "crush" your penis like this? I mean, you probably need to squeeze hard in order to get good grip, right? Finally, if I want to add hanging with my LM into the mix, where should I put it in my routine and how many times a week should I be doing it and what is the duration of the hanging session?

Erect stretching is done by hand. Simply get erect and stretch straight out and hold for 60 second. Repeat 5 times. Every one here should be doing Bundled Stretches, newbies to veterans, they are a important part of gaining. The LengthMaster does not crush your penis, the chamber is rounded inside, leaving room for your penis and wrap. The most important part of learning the LM is learning to wrap. If you are going to hang you will want to get in multiple sets of 20 minutes, at least 3 sets. This will be a lot of work in addition to your planned routine. So I would do one or the other.

so to begin my PE journey I should stick with the routine I posted before and once I hit a plateau I can add hanging to the mix?

That sounds like the smartest move unless you have unlimited time during the day. The more you get in (lengthwise) the faster you will grow. So if you have 12 hours a day to do the entire workout and hanging go for it but if not save hanging for a plateau.
 
I just noticed something about my balls, didn't really have this problem before, but my balls are very close to my shaft, no hanging at all and it makes my penis looks smaller. Also, my right testy is higher than the left one an when I use the bathmate, my right testy hurts because it gets crushed by the BM and when I try to do erect stretching, as soon as I pull my penis straight out, my right testy goes up and to the side and I can feel the nerve or whatever it is, I feel like something gets twisted. Does the testicular massage will solve my problem or I have to do something specific? I hope I'm clear enough, I'll post some pictures later today.

Yes, the Testical Health Massage and Stretch will fix this issue. It will do other incredible things too. Your balls will hang lower and the space between the base of the penis to where it connects to the scrotum will open more allowing the penis to hang much heavier and lower. It should be done 2 times a day if you are looking to stretch. For those simply looking for fitness, once a day is enough.

Ok thanks. I noticed I got this tugging sensation since I did the testical massage. Is it possible that the nerves of my balls are crossed, like the right testy should be on the left side and the left one on the right side?
 
Today was my pumping session and my EQ was insane before pumping. Right after my 5x5x3 BM/jelqs supersets, I couldn't get 100% erect. Is if because my penis is still not used to it? I have the BM since March and I always had this problem. Pumps are supposed to be good for ED, but everytime I pump, it kills my Am I doing something wrong?

Maybe your fatigued after your season? Have you tried something to stimulate you?
 
yes i watched ���� but couldn't get more than around 80% erect, before pumping it was like 110% lol

Not sure if it's normal but I had one as well after my BM. I just kept steady working my routines along with extra bundled stretches and a few oil massage.
