ok guys, quick question for you. Right now, this is what I'm doing for my length routine:
1. 5 minutes expressive stretching using the
LengthMaster
2. 5 minutes Bundled Stretches (LengthMaster)
3. 30 secs for each of these stretches: (LengthMaster)
1) Straight Up to Center
2) Straight Up to Left
3) Straight Up to Right
4) Straight Out to Center
5) Straight Out to Left
6) Straight Out to Right
7) Straight Down to Center
8) Straight Down to Left (Under leg)
9) Straight Down to Right (Under leg)
10) Behind the Cheeks to Center
11) Behind the Cheeks to Left
12) Behind the Cheeks to Right
13) Rotaries: 25 Cranks
4. Were
SizeGenetics at Medium tension for 1h to help cement gains
5. Continue to were
SizeGenetics at full tension for 3 more hours
***So my question is.... is it necessary to do all the stretches with the
LM after my bundled stretches? I Do my bundled stretches in all direction, then I do the same thing with normal stretches so it's kinda repetitive no? I was thinking about replacing the basic stretches with
LM manual stretches like A-stretch, bow and arrow, body rock, base stretch etc. that way, I use a variety of stretches and I also have base stretch. What do you guys think?
