Hello, I have been doing Clamps, & 30 second Squeezes in the Clamp for 6 weeks with no change in Girth size yet after a few days off. I am 5.5 EG.
I am able to While in the Clamp Expand to 6 2/8 after 40-50 minutes of Girth work. I am also doing 40-50 Min of Stretches 5 days a Week!

Is there any suggestions on what I can do to get past this Hard Gainer syndrome!

I gain Length fairly quick about and 1/8 inch every 2-2.5 weeks, but girth is hard to come by!

Thanks for any suggestions.

Supra Slammers always helped me gain girth with a little added length. Most of my gains came from a 5 on, 2 off with the following setup:

-Regular Stretches
-DLD Blasters
-Supra Slammers

Each week the intensity would increase slightly (one more set of stretches, blasters, +2 added Slammers). Towards the end of this, you will be growing. The stretches & blasters really got my base girth up; my base girth is about 1" thicker than MSEG so I am working on getting that up. A large base girth makes it look like a monster.

How do you do the Supra Slammers??? Never tried that! Appreciate your Help. Would love to @ least gain a 1/4 inch, hehe..
 
The swell you will get from about 15-20 SS (don't try that at first, start with 5) will be amazing. Just do a search for Supra Slammers, it will come up.
 
Here's one I gained about an inch in girth doing, over the course of about a year:

Once again, just when I thought I was some kind of creative genius when it came to NPenis Enlargement, I find that I've been beaten to the punch!

I do a variation of the Behind the Balls...actually thought I invented the whole damn thing, and I was "perfecting" it before springing it upon my enraptured audience, too late!...but with mine it's a mostly "hands off" operation.

What I do is this; after a good warm-up and a typical jelq/ULI session I grab a kitchen chair and a half inflated football (American style) and get ready to pump. Me, not the ball.

Now, the footbal has to be rigid, but not too hard because; A) you need it to stay in place, and, B) you want to exercise yer cock, not mash it, and, C) you guessed it; you're gonna be sittin' on it.

I get my good ol' ���� goin for some extra stimulation and I sit with the chair backwards. (For whatever reason, this helps pump blood to the area via tightening the abs, it lets you rock back farther and helps with balance.)
Anyways, I'm in the chair, on the football, watchin' ���� and kegeling blood into my cock as hard as I can as I'm leaning back, then, when I don't think I can pump any more blood into my cock, I hold the kegel and then slowly rock forward. This forces blood into the entire length of my cock and produces some considerable pressure...that's why I go slow. I've only just started about a week ago or so, but the soreness I feel tells me I'm onto something.
There are lotsa variations you can do with this and one added extra is the workout it gives to the abs, the lower back and all those other pelvic muscles.

Much of the time, when girth is lagging, it is a good idea to try a new routine. I can completely relate to your frustration, for me it was very difficult to start gaining girth. I finally created a workout that worked for me and as I gained I added and advanced the exercises I used.

Girth Busters are an insane girth exercise. If I new of this type of jelq when I first started Penis Enlargement I would have gained at a much faster rate. After about 5 months, when I became accustomed to Penis Enlargement girth work, Girth Busters were not an exercise. I needed to try and experiment with exercise and routine type until I found my sweet spot in girth gains.

Penis Enlargement is about individuality and creativity! Apply this to your program.:)
