I've been doing a new pumping routine that has me working everyday. My base girth has grown 5/8" and midshaft only grew 1/8" within 2 weeks. I noticed after adding jelqing to my routine my EQ started declining. My glans generally wouldn't fill up, but I noticed my width got 1/8" bigger. Everytime I pump I get the the same size everyday and whenever I gain, the pump size gets larger. I figured since I'm pumping, over time I will cement my pumped size.

I was wondering, should i work through low EQ? Is it possible to lose all my gains by training with low EQ?

Doubtful you'd lose anything (I'd guess you'd still gain, too), but my best results stem from as high EQ as possible. When you're fatigued, it's the best time to do flaccid stretches, tho

If you're jelqing through low EQ than you are more than likely elongating you're tissues increasing length.

At high eq you're expanding AND slighty elongating the tissues increasing girth more than length.

Try ginkgo or yohimbe if you are trying to raise eq. don't forget your testicles are a part of you're male organs and are your testosterone factory dont forget to massage them and get them back running
 
it depends on the exercise

if i'm doing kegels, clamping, erect jelqing, or erect bends my eq is fine

but when it comes to stretching and especially BM work, my eq is not that great, but i particularly like going into the BM with a lower EQ because the expansion feels that much greater as opposed to going in high EQ and not getting much extra expansion. i've hit high numbers going in flaccid. it really depends on how much can u expand in the tube regardless if erect or flaccid. if u constantly push the limit slightly new skin cells and inner tissue will grow and lead to be able to handle more expansion
 
It's weird. My pumped size is the same everyday regardless of EQ. Yesterday my girth was 5 3/4" midshaft and 6 1/2" base. Today my girth is 5 11/13 midshaft and 6 3/8" base. It fluctuates up and down throughout the week. But the main thing that is consistent is my width. It stays st 1 7/8" and with good EQ my midshaft is a little over 5 13/16".

It's like my CS isn't filling up which would make sense because my glans dont fill up either.

My midshaft expansion is ALWAYS 1/8". Even if I gained girth, I would still get 1/8" expansion unless my EQ was low. But then I'd be gaining size I lost back, so it doesn't count. Base girth expansion is 1/4" on average. I'm talking about without fluid retention. I think my tunica is very tough.

Do you guys measure everyday? I usually measure my pre pumped size to start off the day and then measure my size after all of my pumping sessions to see the expansion. My pumping expansion is always the same so I figured I'd only measure my pre pumped size since its kind of a hassle to measure after my sessions.

I personally wouldn't recommend measuring everyday...for example, if I were trying to put 2 inches on my calves or thighs, I certainly wouldn't measure them everyday. The micro gains you make everyday are on a much smaller scale than what would be visible inspected. If I were to measure everyday, I would run the risk of waning motivation, ("Why am I not gaining, I've been working so hard on the exercises!"). So since PE is a slow race, I measure once a month (which is even frequent compared to some people here)

I measure my body to see if I gain weekly. I usually do that to see if I'm heading in the right direction in what I'm doing.

So the low eq is normal? Just train through it because it's possible to still gain?

I do official measurements every 3 months. I may slip a measurement in once or twice a month to make sure I am still getting results but I do not let them determine if what I am doing is working or not. If I have made no progress after 3 months I will change it up
 
I noticed even after taking a day off my EQ is still low, but my penis is veinier? The measurements are actually smaller than yesterday. Not sure what's going on. Pumping is like crack. I have to keep using it just to get back to my previous erect numbers.

I was doing 6 sets of 6 minutes three times a day with great results. I added 10 minutes of jelqing after all of my pump sessions and that's when I noticed my EQ took a dive. Even though my glans never really filled up anyways after pumping, judging by my notes jelqing seemed to be the culprit. Jelqs feel like they fit in so well though. I might need to go 4on/3off like I did on my previous workout. I've been at it everyday for about 9 days now. I took yesterday and today off. I was going to see when I recovered. Any tips would be helpful though.
 
I suggest switching from the Jelq to the SlowSquashJelq, a much more powerful exercise. I also suggest your counter any time pumping with the SSJ. So if you are doing 2 sets of 5 minutes than in between these sets get in 5 minutes of SSJ. Try this and get back to me. For most men it is the mest move. You can read more about it and many other things in SRT.
 
SSJ's did nothing for me. I think I have plaque buildup in my midshaft because of them. Today was my third day off and I'm way smaller now. I think I might have ED because I can't even get hard.
