back when i was focusing on length
i used a routine based on the principle time under tension and it worked well
basically i was doing stretches then i would stay in the extender for 1.5 hours
then i would do dld blasters and stay in the extender for 1.5 hours
and finally i would hang 2 sets over the shoulder and then stay in the extender for 1.5 hours

some times later i would do some jelqs

this is the only way i have ever gained some girth

i have never gained girth from pumping and clamping alone

at the end of this whole workout my dick would always be jellyish and warm, maybe this is penis creep

now im thinking that in order to gain girth i need to stretch also because i can not pump for hours
i thought about something like the length routine only that i replace the 1.5 hours with girth exercices
or
do the same routine only at the end i add another girth session

what do you think is better
 
I always do my girth, right out of my extender....I do the bathmate at night, but do 5 min in, 5 min out, with the SSJ. But, when I do an actual girth workout, it's a soon as I take off the extender. I feel like they go hand in hand, and that the stretching, really promotes girth. The tunica is hard to stretch, in either direction....so that extender, gets it nice and flexible, for the girth work. That's my experience anyway.......
 
A more girth targeted routine usually works better. Pumping is mainly for new guys and a quick fluff before sex. To invest a lot of time into pumping for gains, from what I've seen guys report over the years, returns little in gains. A more solid routine would be focused around intense squeezes or SSJs paired with clamping.
 
Exactly. And those are my favorite methods, during the day, in between my extender......the bathmate, is an added bonus, before bed. And DLD swears by the bathmate girth blasters....which I'm coming to live myself!

according to the tgc theory i should do more length exercices
like 70% length and 30% girth
what do you think
 
my advice if you want big girth gains that you can use during sex stay away from clamping, hardcore cockring, or anything where you smash your dick. focus on expanding and healthy bloodflow. frequent healthy erections is a good indicator you are doing it right. this is why water pumping and jelqing works so well you are EXPANDING everything...
 
obviously cockring and clamping work, but the rate of injury versus pumping is A LOT higher. especially when crushing is added in.

Yep! And I'm very proud of that fact!! And I can usually hit the 6"+ MSG mark, right after a good hard girth session. I've actually pumped up to right at 8"....with my bathmate, but that was staying in there a long time....and a lot was fluid build up. Even though I don't measure as big doing the girth blasters, 5 min in/5 min SSJ, I feel like I'm getting much better actual expansion, and way less fluid.
 
There is a circular and longitudinal(length) part to the tunica.

At peak erection the longitudal tunica prevents the circular from expanding more. This is why some have seemingly thicker dicks when not fully erect.

It thus makes sense to weaken the longitudal layer before girth work if one aims for girth gains.
This could also work the other way around if goal is length.

That's exactly right!! And that's why I alternate, between length and girth, and probably do almost equal amounts of both. Other than the extender, which I consider to be not both....and not just for length, or girth.

Bathmate combined with SSJ works perfectly don't you think so? I've never clamped before but I have two clamps I bought back in 2013.

Oh yes! It works great!! But, you really should try, at least some light clamping, right after you finish with the bathmate. I do......either that, or a good snug cock ring, for at least a little while.

you do one girth session midday and before bed another one ?

Yeah I do the same, a few minuets of bundles in between really intensifies the bathmate session too.

I do a good hard girth session about midday....but, I wear my extender all day....every couple hours, when I have to use the bathroom, I do manual stretches, and a SSJ, or two ...then back in the extender.....then at night, do the bathmate/SSJ.

I have cock rings to use after girth work. But I'm afraid of doing clamping because of all the negative things people say about it. But I will like a clamp right after my bathmate session. One day, I will give this a try.
