back when i was focusing on length
i used a routine based on the principle time under tension and it worked well
basically i was doing stretches then i would stay in the extender for 1.5 hours
then i would do dld blasters and stay in the extender for 1.5 hours
and finally i would hang 2 sets over the shoulder and then stay in the extender for 1.5 hours
some times later i would do some jelqs
this is the only way i have ever gained some girth
i have never gained girth from pumping and clamping alone
at the end of this whole workout my dick would always be jellyish and warm, maybe this is penis creep
now im thinking that in order to gain girth i need to stretch also because i can not pump for hours
i thought about something like the length routine only that i replace the 1.5 hours with girth exercices
or
do the same routine only at the end i add another girth session
what do you think is better
