Over time the penis gets used to the routine.
Adding exersices or changing intensity is a sure way to jumstart gains brother. Search the forum, Im sure you'll find what you're searching for ;)

Most of that stuff is hidden deep in threads/progress reports. I think the majority of people that don't gain (either through lack of dedication/intensity) and actually do end up gaining, end up adding hanging or bundled exercises to their routines. Some people don't gain or don't gain much until they reach those high intense exercises. Still takes dedication though, which a lot of people don't end up having. A lot of people come and go in the PE world.

Usually after a month or two, if things are not happening then you should revise routines/intensity.

Here is a google search where you might find interesting results: https://www.google.com/search?&q=site:mattersofsize.com+plateau

i didnt gain for a long while. i was doing some jelqs, a bit of basic stertching, some extender work and some other random exercises. the main problem for me was a lack of consistency, i wouldnt see results after a couple weeks, get bored and leave it. also, ive never felt much from jelqing and i just dont think its intense enough for me to get expansion. with extending i could never get it to sit comfortably, and i also didnt feel like basic stretching was doing anything.

since ive gotten the bathmate and changed up my program ive started gaining. for girth anyway, i feel the bathmate was the single biggest help for me. for length i do dld blasters, and then basic stretches after. i know i said i didnt feel like they were doing anything, but i was doing them on their own before. doing them after im a little fatigued from the blasters seems like its more effective to me

for some men gains are greatly dependent on intensity while other men may gain easier with lighter and less exercise. Most men need continuous intensity in a progressive way and this will lead them to the point of gains. This was what I went through in the beginning with girth, I did not gain for a long period and once I changed the exercises to be more intense the gains started to come. I would say, for you, that the sudden increase is due to the new exercise you have started.

i've been really milking my own Clamped Rk exercise for a month, and feel like I hit a plateau today. even at high intensity it's not as exciting as it was.

so i'm choosing to progress into a steady Jelq routine today.

before a month ago, i had a cluttered routine similar to what's in my sig, but it was too overwhelming to effectively perform each exercise in one routine. maybe i'm not ready yet to do such a packed routine, so recently i've been pairing 1-2 exercises as a full routine and just doing more sets(meaning i'm excluding many other exercises i've researched and tested for the time being). this way to be more effective and master the exercise. hopefully this will lead me to my goals, but still much testing needs to be done.

this is effectively what im doing. i prefer just having a select few things to really focus on and increase the intensity, and then maybe just another couple of exercise here and there to add variation
