As the thread title states, my gains have stopped for a while now (almost to the point where I feel like I'm losing them) and I need to step it up. Please give me some thoughts on my new routine and what kind of gains I should expect to make:

Routine:

2 days length-2 days girth.... (no rest)

On Length days:

-Stretching - up, down, straight-out, left, right - 1 minute sets, 5 sets each

On Girth days:

-200 jelqs
-10 Ulis (hold for 20-25 seconds)
-5 Horse Squeezes

Please give me some advice. I'm more motivated than ever to realize my goals

Thanks

What were you doing before? Why would you take 2 days off length?

Before this routine, I was consistently doing inconsistent training (LOL) due to work and lack of motivation. That was for a couple of months, maybe 2-3 months. My routine was 2 on-1 off, both girth and length on the same day.

I should have mentioned that my new routine includes stretching on my girth days as well. Instead of 5 sets of stretching for 1 min, I do 3 sets of stretching for 30 seconds.

My stats are about 6 inches NBP and about 5 inches girth. My goals are 8 X 6 and I'm ready to take the steps necessary to achieve that goal.

It can sometimes be difficult to do length and girth on the same day. I would do lenght day 1, girth day 2. You can also just do the newbie routine and stretch as hard as you can. Look at your erection quality the next day and decide if you want to go at it again. If not rest 1 or 2 days.

Thats good advice, thanks. Yesterday was girth day for me and I decided to skip the light stretching beforehand due to poor EQ. I'm really easing into this routine but would still like to gain like crazy.

Any other ideas on this routine? Is it strong enough to make the gains I want to make?

Thanks!!!

It looks like you're toying around with stretching and not that serious about length so why even bother with a total of 5 minutes of stretching? Seriously, and only twice a week??? Stretching is best done as close to daily as possible. The going rate per se that seems to be the minimum time required daily from what I've seen from THOUSANDS of testimonials and posts over the last OH...TWELVE YEARS around the community seems 30-45 minutes daily.

Girth, your routine looks a little better. Again though, only two days a week? No wonder you're not gaining anything in length OR girth. I'm guessing your girth routine takes maybe 30 minutes or so to complete. Basing that off my own girth work experience. I'd decide what you really want most RIGHT NOW...length or girth. If you feel you want both...I'd come up with a more serious routine. Seeing as how you are

this shouldn't be asking too much right? ;)

You need to look into a serious, split routine if you're after both. Up the stretch time to at LEAST 30 minutes daily. Look into more intense stretches too. I'm sure you're probably doing some cheese-ball shit like grabbing your glans and pulling till you "feel" the stretch. You should be borderline to pain...NOT pain, but close to it on the discomfort level. I won't put together your routine for you though. There's a wealth of knowledge on this forum already, and besides you're motivated as you say.

Same advice for your girth routine. Drop the cheese-ball jelqs. They're for warmup at best. At worst, they're great for getting a thrombosed vein (assuming they're done with REAL intensity) and a time waster. Really look into proper examples of the Uli, horse squeezes, and even SSJ's. These should also be done at max erection/engorgement level AND intensity possible. Girth can also be trained close to daily. I won't lie to you unlike many "leaders" in the community. You only need a day off when your penis is suffering erection problems, or when you are so sore you can barely stand to train. Oh, on "warmup" your penis gets warmer as your do Penis Enlargement. ;) Duh? LOL why waste 10-15 minutes like many men do soaking your dick in hot water or doing "warmup" stuff when you can be working on gains?

You wanted honest help, you got it. I've seen far too many men over the years (some I've actually managed to help when they were ready mentally) claim they want big gains, but are nowhere near putting in the effort required. Penis Enlargement is NOT easy. Contrary to what many would have you believe. Your penis is also (usually) a lot tougher than your realize. I DO believe in easing into training and of course using some sense and not injuring yourself, but at the same time, most men do not train hard enough to get the gains they are supposedly after.

This guys is past "newbie" work. Assuming of course, he's actually ready for the big gains he says he is after. Newbie routines are to get your toes wet and see if you actually LIKE Penis Enlargement. Many men find they do not. They then realize Penis Enlargement is not worth their time and move on. That's what newbie training is for. ;)

That was one hell of a post and I thank you for taking the time to write that out for me.

I wasn't clear on my original post - I DO have a Split routine - length, length, girth, girth, length, length, girth, girth, etc.....I have no breaks or days off.

I agree with you though - I have to step it up and take it to the next level. Your post really motivated me to do that, there's a lot of great advice here.

I've been training for a little over a year now so I feel I'm ready to up the intensity a bit.

Just a question - Would an hour per day of stretching do the trick? What would a good manual stretching technique consist of?

Thanks again for your help.
