Hi guys I really need your opinions, I've measured myself yesterday and disappointed to see that I didn't gain at all, not even one millimeter! I'm still 6.7 inches BPEL like last month even though my BPFSL did increase and now exactly 7 inches.
This is very frustrating because I've worked really hard, about 75 minutes a day 5 days a week, my hands are tired and so am I.
So I don't know what to do now, a few months ago I saw I don't gain girth so I gave up girth work in order to focus on length. Maybe now I need to take a break from length work and focus mostly on girth? Or maybe I should take a break from PE and focus more on FR?

What do you guys think? What should I do?

Ok looking at your sig youve gained, so sit back and enjoy that for a few. Now youre at a plateau, it happens to all of us at some point or another, its just the way it is. Now you can break through it. Change up your routine.

Why not try some erect stretches instead of only flaccid?

Try the supra slammer

edge and enjoy a PE session rather than just busting your azz all the time

You can still do length but add in some girth to change it up. Just some options

Focusing on one thing at a time, length or girth, will definitely help. One month isn't that long either. Stay vigilant and keep hitting it. I would invest in a PE device if you don't have one yet.

What is FR?

I agree with the responses so far, but now it may be time to invest in a LM...double the power with half the effort

You need to add on to the routine. the human body can adjust to things pretty fast, so shake the routine and add more time under tension!

I also suggest adding adevice like phallosan for a ads or maybe hanging like sillwantmore2 suggested. Hands are free and very effective but something that can work you all day may be beneficial as you can slowly stretch all day long then still continue your manual routine at night time. Just what I'd look into.

SRT is the fastest way to get there and the ideas given above fall in line with that, especially the LengthMaster and Phallosan, both of these tools have been really kicking ass for the Brothers. The other good thing is your goal is so close that I know you will get there in time, how much time is really dependent on the routine you decide on.

Yeah I know it's best to give all the focus and energy on one thing at a time, that's why after I've focused on length for many months I want to change things up and focus on girth, and get back to focus on length in the future.
Sorry but I'm not going to buy a device, I don't have the money or privacy for it and I don't see myself wear something on my cock. Especially not now that I need less than 1 centimeter to achieve my length goal. Dear Neptune the last centimeter takes forever to gain>:( It was way easier before I've passed 6.5 inches.
FR is short for Foreskin Restoration. Basically my ultimate goal is a penis that is 7 inches length, at least 5.5 inches girth and has a long foreskin that covers half or more of my glans when erect. But I need to work on it more because I neglected it over the past few months.

My hands are too tired now so I think you are right and I need to rest, enjoy and then change things up. I think the best thing for me to do now is to focus more on the things that I've neglected like girth work and FR. When I'll get back to focus on length I'll try new and more intense things. I'm not going to stop until I'll achieve my goal!

Maybe make a small investment into a hand exerciser to build up your hand strength if you are going to keep things manual. Captains of Crush hand grippers for example.

That's a good advice, thanks man!

CoC grips are the truth. I have a #3 around here somewhere; sold my #1 and #2.

I'd consider an ADS as well as a bathmate if I were in your situation. Either way, I feel that girth work and length work are synergistic. And I think it's a bad idea to ignore one for the other, as you won't get the best results if you neglect either, and they aid one another indirectly, but that's just one guys opinion.

You'll break through your plateau if you don't give up, one way or another you'll find a way out if you don't stop and try everything you can.

I agree with Rizz, I think we gain in all directions even if we concentrate on pulling or pumping...Mike wrote an article where about it Being more of a Balloon than a Rope. Good read and it made sense to me

OK, just out of curiosity, can you find it and put a link?

What's the last one, is it #4? I was into training grip strength for a while but don't care much anymore about it.

yup number 4 is the hardest, nobody has got a certified close in over 12 years. im training for a record in something else grip related but i dont want to get to personal on here. grip strength is very good for a lot of stuff beyond stretching your dick, its good to have strong hands.

Used to get their catalogs in the mail; Ironmind, I think? I remember seeing Magnus Samuelson close one years ago.

Also read some research awhile back that among people of advanced age, grip strength is an indicator of life expectancy, or something to that effect.
