if you are only gaining girth and no length, what exercises should be concentrated on the most to get the length?

There is no question but what you want to focus heavily on stretching, or hanging should you decide to give that a try.
 
thanks for the replies,im new to this so im just following the newbie exercises but already im noticing an increase in girth but nothing in length...im not being impatient but i just want to know im following things correctly...how long do i have to wait before i can start hanging

You can start hanging this instant if you want. I would recommend learning a bit about it first...read the sticky-threads in the hanging forum and then progress slowly. It isn't dangerous like everyone thinks.
 
Also if you do start hanging, since you are a newbie, still jelq after your hanging session so you can maintain the penile health benefits.
 
Absolutely hanging would turbo charge your length, and i belive if you are within a certain girth range say a little over 5.75, your girth should increase accordingly/uniformly too. If you need a cheap way of testing if hanging works for you, take a look at my "Poor mans hanging option" in the Hangers forum. I do recommerd the real Bib tho.

ive just been reading the hanging section and it sounds like an ideal option,money is short so making a hanger myself would be ideal......when hanging do i sit down while i do it,do i just let the weight hang or do i have to perform kegals as well

also as im on the starter routine do i still perform the stretches first...so it would be

warm up
stretches
hanging
jelqs
 
It's okay for you to sit down and let the weight hang if you don't want to stand up. Being that my LOT is 6, I do everything manually by hand.
 
how would you gain length without hanging?

i've been on the newbie routine for about 3 months or so, and it seems like my lig gains are starting to slow down a bit i'm still gaining in girth though

IMO if you are doing a hanging session, it is unnecesary for you to perform manual stretches directly before or afterward. After your first hanging session you will understand why! lol. I just said to keep up with the jelqs because you are a newbie and should still ride the girth/better erection wave as long as you can.
 
To most girls, girth is way more important than lenght :s
Know that a bigger girth make your penis appear longer. So now that you see your gains are nice, keep it up, and know you have a big one :D

the bigger your girth the more overall volume, making your penis look shorter. the small your girth the longer the penis looks.

Yea, i'd say so.
 
Johnc, once you've had a good hang you'll never bother stretching again. Seriously hang for maybe 10 mins at a weight of over 2kgs or more and let it just come. Keep makin it heavier when you feel ready.

Just wondering, is that how you gained an inch so far? I've tried everything under the sun from manuals, to blasters to hanging and havent budged a bit after my initial newbie gains.
