hey fellow p.e. brothers im new here just posted a couple of times but ive been doing p.e. on and off for about a year and a half started with the basics and got good at it so my current measurement is 8.5 length and 5.25 girth yes!!! skinny dick is what i am and its terrible i got but anyways im trying gain at leat an inch of girth and thats what i have been doing in the last month and a half but guys i have gotten not even a milimeter of results and i hate it it is so frustrating and demotivating that it makes me wanna give up and stop but i know i cant because i want results and im addicted to results and i personally take this goal of mine to heart...but anyways a lil detail i do around 10 min stretches 100-400 jelqs 5-10 ssj 5-15 5 sec kegal holds and 15-30 min clamp session in the same workout....i would like advice and experiences from all the veterans on here all advice is welcomed if you could help me out guy that would be awesome thanks
 
Welcome my Brother! A month and a half is not a great deal of time to see girth enlargement, girth can be damn stubborn but there is good news, but before I get into that let me say, your penis far from skinny, it is actually .75" bigger than average. Now to my advice on gaining the fastest, read through the entire SRT Thread, this will give you an extensive understanding of the best ways to gain and heal with quickness. It will explain when to do certain stretches and what each stretch does. It goes into the best possible girth workout also being the BathMate 5x5x3 routine that has brought many Brothers amazing girth gains. I am glad you are in the Brotherhood and I promise, after a read through SRT you will become very inspired.

I think this is the second time you post..or i've seen you on another forum...you need to be consistent with PE..on and off won't work..you need a strong routine , and you need to be consistent for at least 3 months to see any gains.Go read the SRT,and if you want girth only go for the 5x5x3 workout,you will find it in the SRT.
 
If you want to make gains you have to be consistent as Childish said. Make a strict rule for yourself, if you want to see results, you gotta put in the effort bro. If it's an issue where you've hit a plateau then increase the reps/time for your exercise or add new ones.

Also try the bundle stretches ! These kind of stretches will loose the tunica and help you gain further .Also check DLD's new exercises,some kind of erect bundle stretch :http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/87054-twisted-erect-stretches-the-tunica-transformer.html

Do these stretches before your wokout,for about 10-15 minutes.If your tunica is tough it will stop you from gaining.
 
Buy yourself a Xtreme bro, your manuals will never be more fruitful! I used mine on high-beam, and clamped about three days ago it was super sick. The next day I tried the same thing, but it was too strong so I'm taking a break.

You can't be too careful in PE. Every person who makes incredible gains had to push themselves.

I know but I've had bad experiences for going WAY overboard. It's understandable to do maximum intensity, but just not over that.

Exactly. Some people just don't have the patience which I don't understand.
 
anxiety n high expctations are a bad thing sometimes,wanting one inch in one month is not the best way to look at PE,sometimes we have this idea that we are going to gain because we think PE is too easy or the penis will grow just by pulling it or stretching it...:):p
 
If someone does not have patience PE is not for you! PE is not a quick walk around the block, it is a journey that can take years but in the end it is all worth the work and effort. I have never felt like I wasted time over the past 13 years, I have only had appreciation for how much I gained.
 
PE can be hard n even boring when the sessions arent fun but i dont complain we get bigger everyday what else can i ask for!!:cool:

man tends to overestimate what he can accomplish in a day. and underestimate what he can accomplish in a year
 
One day can mean nothin or can mean a lot depending on....you tell me,but as far as PE is concerned id like to get the best results im still stucked for some reason.but im almost sure the LM can show me the way LOL..

Yeah I'm stuck too, my arm strength isn't enough to make gains for myself haha. I'll try and figure out a substitute for the LM without the use of many tools or money (I'll most likely fail since I know nothing).

I do suggest you to continue whit your LM sessions stretching whit the LM can be a bit painful,but the LM can solve a lot of problems...is way better than manual,why dont you use it as hanger too.
