Like most gains with PE it all evens out in the end. He could continue to grow, and use up the extra skin that way.

In the SizeGenetics two birds can be killed with one stone in this case. The way that Sim has his Turkey Neck drawn down and away from the extender is helping displace his TN while the SizeGenetics is still bringing length gains. This is only one method, other methods would be done strictly to reduce TN.

It was late, I was tired and it took me forever (maybe 40 minutes?) to climax...I had to 'spool-up' my 'highlight reel' :) she came 3 times, I was probably snoring within 30 seconds of finishing.
