Hello guys!! sorry to open a thread for this , i didn´t find anything on the Search , perhaps im searching wrong.

I wanted to know how much is the less Fat Pad someone can have , i mean im slim , 177cm 70KG and i have 1,5 CM of Fat Pad.

I was wondering if its posible to have less Fat Pad that 1,5 CM ?? Because i guess there is some FLESH in the pubic zone, so i wanted to know your opinion?:(
 
Zero Fat Pad... I don't know about a Zero one but... I see no reason why you cant get down to around there. Look at some �naked people movies� actors, Tommy Gun for example has a very small fat pad, almost to the point it looks like he doesnt have one at all. Its a rule of thumb at for ever 35 or 40 lbs you lose an inch of fat pad... So if you only have .5 inch fat pad, try losing 15 or 20 lbs and see what happens... Theirs no such thing as spot fat lose but try doing some cardio and see what happens.
 
At one point my fat pad was at .25" and this was mostly skin. At it's worse I had over 2"-2.5". For me the best way to accomplish ) fat pad is to exercise and eat healthy. It is very hard to spot train this area so overall good health would be the best approach.

hello DLD.i am new here but not new to Pe.i completed 3 months of solid Penis Enlargement by doing only DLD blasters and BTC stretches.i was 6.25 bpel and now i am little over 8 bpel.quite amazing result right?but the problem is i was 5.5 nbpel and not i am only 5.i did not gain weight but gained some loose pubic skin which covers all the gains plus .5 inch of actual length.my gf does not like the appearance of buddy now.i only have some kinda swell at the base and to see the gain i need to lift the skin.i also still have a high exit point but the droppy skin makes it look like a low exit point.so, vissual i gained nothing but lost .5 inch.is there an natural solution to reverse the bad effect? any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

How much fat do you have at the base? If you have too much fat at the pubic area it will push the penis skin forward while the penis falls inside the body. My suggestion, if this is the case, is to practice 3 things. First, lose the weight! Do what you need to do to shed the extra fat. Exercise and diet are a must. two, Uncle Jim's Wrap will help you train the penis to stay outside the body and take up much of the extra skin. Three, Expressive Stretching will help pull the internal penis out and expose it.

If you practice these suggestions you will convert your gains to be visual and satisfy your girls symmetry issues:)

thank you very much DLD.actually i'm skinny and have very little fat pad at the base.the loose skin is hiding the gains.i never had loose pubic skin at the base but now i have.at the base there is the swelling only because of the massive gain covered by the loose skin.i can feel the concealed part by pushing it with my fingers but can't see it.i also do not have fat pad on the supra pubic area.i think uncle jim's wrap and expressive stretching will help as you suggested.but i am just curious to know if there any way to readjust or, relocate the exit point as i told before that the exit point now look lower due to sagging skin but actually it is still higher.i am talking to you about it DLD only because i think if no one has the solution of a problem regarding Penis Enlargement,don't worry THE DADDY has it. as i gained mostly from blasters invented by you which is the best stretching exercise IMO,i think your innovative mind can do something for the nbpel seekers.thank you very much for your time and sorry for my bad English skills.

Could it be that certain �naked person� did liposuction on their fatpad?
Should be a reasonable surgery concerning their job to make their unit look bigger.

hello DLD.thank you very much again for the suggestions regarding my problem.i already getting some really good results using the uncle jims wrap.but i faced some problem when i tried to do some expressive stretching.i applied a standard ok grip behind the scrotum with the testicle and secured the whole package and stretched outward and then applied another standard ok grip just under the glans while keeping the entire package in a stretched position and then stretch outward using the grip behind the glans.but it was not easy on my testicles and i feel pain.i feel like i was stretching the base skin only NOT the actual inner penis.was i doing anything wrong?i also tried some foot long stretch and YES i felt the stretch on the ligs directly.i don't know whether the foot long stretch is a form of expressive stretching or not.i need to know whether the foot long stretch can also help me to express the inner penis?i just love the foot long stretches now coz it feels like i am really working out the ligs.thank you very much for your time.
 
Footlong Stretches can be either internal stretches by using a low grip on the penis and a high grip would be effecting the ligaments. Any stretch that can be done from a super low position would be Expressive.

hello DLD.whenever i use low grip(at the very base),i feel like and it seems like i am only pulling the pubic skin and it scares me of making the skin to sag more and hide more length which is the opposite what i am looking for.i also do not feel the strage feeling and extreme pull that some guys reported about the internal stretch.i am just confused why i do not feel the pull of inner penis.Shift+R improves the quality of this image. Shift+A improves the quality of all images on this page.

Pull the skin forward in the stretch so the base is the only part taking the stretch. It will not increase skin if the skin is not taking stress, although it does appear to:) You could also do the opposite by pushing skin back while gripping what is exposed at the base, just like the PowerAssist stretch that started Expressive Stretching.

hello DLD.thank you very much for your valuable suggestions.as far as the 1st part of your suggestion is concerned,should i pull the skin forward first by applying a grip with one hand and then apply another grip with other hand at the very base and pull both hands forward or simply i should apply only a single grip at the base and then pull out along with the skin as i do now which looks like a jelqing action.as far as the 2nd part of your suggestion is concerned,should i push the skin back to expose the hidden portion of the penis and hold this position and then apply a grip at the base and pull out or i should push the skin back then grip at the very base and then release the hand which i used to push the skin back and then pull out by the 2nd hand which is gripping the base?BTW i did some testicular stretching last week and my balls already started to hang low.i am just LOVING it.thank you very much for creating such techniques for the entire package.

The idea, either way, is to collect the skin at one point so it does not take up the stretch. You can either slide all skin forward and grip at the base or push all skin back and grip at the base. Whichever way gives more stretch to internal structures and little to skin. For me, bringing entire package through a PowerAssist or LengthMaster works best and uses the pulling skin forward theory while the Bathmate Hardcore stretches work in the opposite way. Using your hand you can go either way.
 
Pubic lipo is $2000-$3000. I talked to some of them, they can remove most of the fat and tick it back, so there is almost zero fat pad. Down to about .20", exposing most of the penis hidden by fat pad.

To me if you been battling this for a while and have the money it's worth it.
