Two things stood out to me about this Article under the NileStyle Stretching Routine. Under step 8. it says "Bring your hand all the way up and in the center so it is touching your belly button. Hold for a count of ten. I will explain later why it is necessary to hold it here longer." and at the bottom f the routine it says, "Note: The reason why you hold the top position twice as long is because most men need this to achieve optimal gains. It all has to do with the tightness of the ligaments that anchor your penis to your pelvis." Reading this intrigued me as I was searching for ways to get optimal length gains. So this article fired me up to come with a new stretching form I never heard of.
The stretch is targeted to be a more of a expressive stretch to try to stretch deep in the inner penis and ligs. You can stretch in 3 different directions in the upward stretch; up to the belly button or close to the bottom of the belly button, up to the left, or up to the right. You should start off with baby powder to get a better grip and stretch. Now what you do is grip the mid shaft or close to the base in a ok grip, making sure to push the scrotal skin back to avoid turkey neck. Try a normal Ok grip then try it with two or 3 fingers to see which way gives you the best stretch. Then you stretch in the direction you want until you feel a good stretch or the amount of intensity you want.
After that you tilt your grip about 45 degrees, pushing and pulling upward along the stomach or around the left or right hip. If you are going in a upward direction left or right make sure you stretch along the V that separates your torso(groin area) from your hips and legs. You then take your other hand and push against the fist that is gripping your penis in a upward stretch. Once you do this you should feel a good stretch deep in the inner penis. Hold this stretch for at least 30 seconds. I like to do this stretch for at least a minute in each direction. I do all my other stretches normal I just do my upward stretches like so to get a good upper stretch. I find these stretches work even better bundled. You twist your cock as much as you can comfortably then you grab 1 to 3 inches behind the glans or half way down the shaft making sure to have a good grip so you don't slip pass the glans.
You can also do these sideways standing up. Just try do a normal sideway stretch with a OK grip of 1 to 3 fingers stretching close to your thigh and trying to wrap around your thigh. Then tilt your fist into the thigh/butt area if you can while continuing to stretch. You can do these stretches using the LengthMaster as well, just try to attach the LengthMaster halfway or closer to the base. Hope to hear back from brothers on how this stretch works for them .
