After doing conventional PC exercises for a couple of months, I noticed that I got a lot better at doing the exercises; indeed, my PC was adapting to the new stress. However, my ejaculations were not full force anymore. It was almost as if my PC was starting to apply during orgasm what I had been training it to do during the day... and this got me thinking :s

I remember reading an article by Pavel Tsatsouline about performance specific training, which basically states that the majority of your training should resemble the basic nature of what you are training for (i.e. an olympic lifter should not train like a bodybuilder as far as reps, sets, lifting tempo go). As obvious as this may seem, I was suddenly taken aback when I realized that...

the outstanding majority of PC training as advocated and practiced by modern man is completely antithetical to the explosive-strength required for orgasm.

Now before you deem this blasphemy, hear me out:

If I wanted to hit a homerun, would I practice swinging my bat for two seconds while squeezing as hard as I could? Perhaps 15 seconds? Would I then repeat this hundreds of times until I can no longer swing at all? Or would I WHAM crack that muthafugga, rest as long as I needed, then WHAM swing again, and keep doing this throughout the day while staying fresh, strong, and explosive?

There is no doubt that any form of PC training yields results in strength, hypertrophy, and endurance, however for specifically achieving explosive ejaculation and orgasm a specific training protocol is needed.

Although still in the developmental phase, here is a protocol i've been using for the past few weeks with pleasing results. Give it a try!

1)Temporarily discontinue all other PC exercises.
2)With absolute maximum concentration and focus, contract the PC maximally at the same rate you would during ejaculation (i.e. 1/4 second contractions with 1/2 second rest intervals, for 5-8 reps depending on your personal optimum ejaculation pattern) Grunting, grimacing, and flexing other body parts is encouraged if it helps you activate higher amounts of PC muscle fibers.
3) Do at least 10 sets throughout the day with at least half an hour rest between sets, so long as you stay fresh and can contract maximally.
4) Occasionally use towels/added resistance while erect to ensure the contraction is as explosive as possible.

Everytime I put FULL FORCE into my Kegels...I feel as if theres a vein that runs along the top of my shaft and if I do it too hard it might just snap or break... this prevents me from ever going FULL FORCE with lower reps...usually its not the strength of my kegel that varies, but the amount of time I hold each kegel. Maybe i'll try out this method though!
 
Yo guys, I'm really excited about a carry-over effect I'm starting to notice from the routine: After I ejaculate, my PC continues to pulsate several times afterward, producing tingly little mini orgasms even though i'm out of cum.

Alphasprung, I agree with your "explosive" ideas. I have been exercising my ejaculatory muscles with the focus on explosive contractions which simulate ejaculatory orgasm. Although I do not follow a disiplined training regima, I do believe I have increased my shooting distance and power.

Something else I do is practice "bobbing" my penis up and down when erect. Once warmed up I'll go for sets of 50-100.
 
Hrmm It seems majority of the pc muscle fibers are type 2 fast twitch, so explosive type training might actually contribute to hypertrophy as well. I always noticed that whenever I held full strength kegels for long periods of time (5 to 30 seconds) the motor units would start firing randomly.

It's interesting to note that after I increased my reps to 10-12 per set a few days ago, I noticed a whole new level of exhaustion in my PC. I'm considering plowing thru this adaptation period to see if I can get that "explosive endurance" I mentioned. However, i'm thinking I need to gradually Increase the reps per set seeing how they are the most exhaustive factor of the training (the amount of sets affect total volume per day but don't seem to exhaust the PC as much as higher reps do). Perhaps after two weeks I'll go back down to 6 or 7 reps per set.
 
wow, this is getting crazy deep. if it works, you should create a newbie pc training routine.
 
"AS" I really like your thinking! Another thought about a powerfull shot is that; the harder your erection the smaller and tighter the urethra. Same volume through smaller hole= Long Shot!
 
Yup, and also higher velocity ;) A lower viscosity would also shoot farther and faster, however I'm thinking it just won't pack the punch that a nice thick glob would.

AS, have you worked any reverse kegels into your routine?

while taking a piss, i was wondering if, with your routine, you would be able to piss farther, then i thought that pee distance probabaly had to do with reverse kegel muscles.

this being said, i began to wonder if the rk's would help your distance more than regular kegels.
 
Reverse Kegels were originally created for DLD Blasters. They serve a wonderful effect on stretching but I think Kegels allow you to control when you cum.

Well, interesting update on my training lately; since I started practicing relaxing the PC as completely as possible between each rep, it is now staying more relaxed during stimulation resulting in an increased staying power even with fast thrusting. Before, it used to stay slightly tensed all the time, which increased pleasure to some degree, but didn't help with stamina much. I will keep you guys posted.

I'm going to take a 3 day rest without any pc training, Penis Enlargementing, or ejaculating of any sort, in order to see how far i've come (as far as how far I come ;)).
 
Hrmm I think the increased staying power has to do with relaxing the PC completely in a short period of time over and over again, which has some kind of neurological carry-over. It takes a surprising amount of mental focus when I do it; more than the contracting, even.
