Hi guys

I just have a question about erection quality.

I have been going at it for almost two months now (5-7 days on every week). Started with only doing length work, and now I have added clamping in the evening. However, I have problems with my erections after starting again PE again. They are hardly over 70% on their own. (Im in my mid 20s)

At first I thought it was due to ejaculation everyday, but I have not beat off for two days and I still have problems.

Is it because my penis is fatigued due to the length/girth work? Or is it something else? How do you correct the issue?

Yeah, that seems to be a sign of fatigue due to frequently exercised intense girth work (if we were to rule out psychic stress, that is). Reduce frequency and see how it goes. Maybe clamping is also too intense a girth technique to apply right now.

Are you doing any Kegels to strengthen your Pelvic Floor Muscles? This is a very important part of having positive eq. You may be in a state of fatigue from the work you have done and perhaps need more time between workouts. What I can tell you is when you are fatigued or after you have had an orgasm, there is time to stretch and get some length work in. When fatigued or in the refractory state there is nothing holding back the stretch and length gains will come much faster. Length work rarely causes fatigue EQ wise, sometimes you may have soreness at the base but this should not effect eq.

Believe it or not I did all day clamping with varying tension for a period of time and saw both length and girth gains very very recently, but my EQ has dropped somewhat. . .
Bitter sweet feeling. Happy for the gains, extremely sad about EQ :(

Thing is, I am only doing bundled stretches. Both in the LM and manual. I dont target ligs that much, since I seem to respond much better to bundled work. I am beginning to do kegels now, but I didn't do them much over these two months.

I am also trying to lay off the ����. I dont think ejaculating daily and watching ���� too, is helping in any way.

nice, maybe switch to jelq routine to get your EQ back. Maybe you gained even more than you think.

Sounds good but do not set yourself up for failure, we are men, we have sexual needs and sometimes masturbation is very important, especially to single men. I am glad you are getting Kegels in, these are the most important of all PE work as a bigger penis with weak PC muscles will suffer with eq. As you grow you need to become stronger in that muscle group.
 
I have a problem doing.excersize.that require 90-100 erect because before I get there I have a feeling of.cumming before.then like at 65% it's like I have a hard semi? I hate that feeling I can't get to 90-100 erect because I need to feel.to. cum like way before.then , what is my issue?

Your issue is you are over stimulated and have not practiced control. I highly recommend the FleshLight for learning to last longer during sessions and sex. I have 2 and I use them regularly and I can last as long as I like during sex. The other thing to consider is as you advance in your PE you penis will become more "Used To It" building up a much higher tolerance and time before ejaculation. I also suggest playing with Kegels and Reverse Kegels when you get to the point of no return. Try to Kegel or Reverse Kegel or both or some combination of such, this will allow you to stop the orgasm and reset yourself. In general you will be able to last longer through the PE you are doing.

I suggest trying girth work or clamping every 2nd or 3rd day with length work everyday. See how that goes. I always do Jelq's and kegel's as I find they help :)

It could be as a result of fatigue and also as a result of not doing kegels. You have to do kegels regularly. Be on a healthy diet and get at least 7 hours of sleep daily.
