Hey brothers,
I have a problem with my PE routines.

Whenever I wanna do flaccid stretching, I get rock-hard erection.
Whenever I wanna do stretching in LenghtMaster in the proccess of wrapping, I get rock-hard erection.
Whenever I just start to put my Phallosan on, you guessed it, I get rockhard erection.

This happens even if I masturbate and orgasm before the lenght routine.
For example the phallosan I put the cap on the glans, have to wait 3-5mins till the erection goes off to do another part, I start to put my sleeve on - again 5mins break has to be made to get to flaccid.
It nboiw takes me like 20mins to put on Phallosan and this really fucks up my lenght routines (its really good for girth work tho).

Please any tips ? Im not a virgin, Im 26 and have a wife for more than 5yrs having sex alot.
This started hapening to me the more I work on my kegels (like thousands of quck 1 sec kegels/day)

Haha that's the curse of kegels. Instant erections. It's not harmful and you shouldn't stop. It's all mind control. I had the same effect when I used my PF but now it's all good. No erection. Unless I'm thinking dirty then I have to wait around lol. If your doing a routine and get hard, do erect stretches, that will still give length gains but help make the erection subside. That's the hardest part of PE for me. Trying to keep these hard ons in control. Masturbation helps but don't become dependent on it. Relax first, then think of something that upsets you and do a reverse kegel while squeezing your head and let the blood out. That works for me.Just relax your mind and body. It's self control above all else. Sucks but you can learn. Don't get upset. Use it to your advantage whenever you can.

Big, That does not sound like a problem it sounds like a blessing. There is absolutely no problem with stretching erect.
 
Borrowing the thread if that's fine. It has to do with erection problems :)

I have added to my routine as i call them "Ninja Stretches" each day, which basically means that i randomly stretch for a while randomly throughout the day. This gives me more stretching than usual. My EQ has been really strong/hard lately
and i could keep the erection for a good time. I have had this for a good period. But now from today my erection is more "soft" than it uses to be. Usually if you touch it and pulls it down it is very resistant and rock hard. Now it's not as resistant and hard anymore. I think this could have to be cause of the new stretching intensity i have added. To the good part, even though i'm more soft now i still measure slighlty above my usual measurements with 0,1 - 0,3cm. This means, my penis is more soft but the size is not worse, slightly better. Does this mean i have expanded my tunica a little bit and it's time to fill it out with some more smooth muscles? :)

All I want is a lower hang. I don't care about my hard-on size (I'm very pleased with it).

I've been getting ok results with just fowfers. They work, BUT you have to do them religiously.

The best way to get the lowest hanging penis is to follow the Testicle Health massage and stretch in the Newbie Routine.

Do you know why testicular massage is most effective in getting a ���� stud hang? I believe you 100%, but I just don't get why it's better for a increasing flaccid length more than other exercises.

It is most effective due to how it creates a definite separation between scrotum and penis. When men turtle it has a great deal to do with a scrotum that is too tight with no hang, this forces the penis up and into the body. When the scrotum is released the penis can drop and hang as it should.

I've been doing it for a week. It feels so good. It's just fun masturbation really.

I bet there are dudes who don't like massaging their nuts. So for some, it might not be so fun.
 
i tried to massage them once but it was a weird feeling,but yeah can be a quite healthy thing to do:) i wonder if the massaging can help to increase sperm volume..

I mainly included the testicle rubbing to check for any anomalies to catch any problems before they become bad. In turn, I do believe the testicle massage does increase blood flow to the testicles which in turn will help increase sperm.

I've been doing that stretch for a few weeks already. I can't believe how floppy my peter is in its flaccid state.

I would imagine that a lot of hardcore PE doers don't even do this exercise. Sometimes the easy stuff works best.
