That is because they are not members here on MOS. MOS members won't say those exercises are dangerous. When I first bought my first SG back in 2008, I joined a forum back then which was owned by SG and it was called mens network. While I was on that forum, I didn't know any good PE exercise apart from jelqing and Big AL was our coach in that forum. I was shocked when I found MOS and I saw Big AL receiving PE lectures here at MOS, that was when I realized that MOS is the best PE forum.

There are still a lot of people wasting their time and PE devices in other forums. I just wish they all can move over to MOS.

yep i have been doing the newbie routine using the LM changing and innovating while doing that routine cna help out to continue,i feel i can still pull 3 or 4 inches off my inner penis:cool:

That is great! The protocol is always the same, stick with the routine up to maximum intensity, stagnation, new routine.
 
Not to just bump an aging thread, I felt like Erect Stretches should be brought back up so that newer members can learn about them. This thread also mentioned a few other stretches by DLD on the first page that I think is worth a look for anybody. Hope this helps someone in their journey!

I couldn't agree more...I have to keep my d!ck guessing and always vary my routine, but making sure I'm upping the intensity at every exercise

I started my PE quest back in 1999 doing erect hanging. When there was no information whatsoever about PE. Never had a problem with it, I never really knew where all this "is dangerous" thing came from. Most of this, like most things in life, is pretty much survival of the fittest anyways. For a retard anything can be dangerous.

Yup, that is the truth. I have rocked erect exercises since I started PE. I was always warned how dangerous this was from guys who had been in PE for years and made minimal gains while I was putting on inches in months! Soon the tide changed and now they are all using erect exercises.

What I know about erect stretches is that it makes it easier for you to cement your gains it it also reduce the distance between your flaccid and erect state
 
When you stretch erectile tissue it converts BP flaccid length to BP erect length. It is the exercise that is used to close the gap in these measurements. It is also a stand alone length exercise. But, I always suggest to include a few counter exercises to increase gain speed. But to directly answer your question, erectile tissue will hold a temporary gain longer than if you did the same work flaccid as there is little elasticity in a erection compared to a flaccid penis. It is this density that allows you to hold that extra size.

That’s interesting 🤔 I wonder if you measured before stretching and after a couple of hours of passive healing while edging would there be a difference. With intense stretches like BTC. BPEL.

Yeah! Thanks brother, really appreciate you saying that. I'm going extremely hard. People from the outside would maybe say I have no life.
People may think I'm an easy GAINER?, because I'm just doing 40 minutes of stretches per day (3 days on, 1 day rest, then repeat). In the beginning I was doing 1 hour per day.
But nothing I do is easy. Everything is calculated in detail, to gain as fast as possible. Some days I don't want to do it, but I do it anyway.

They have no idea how much work I put into this, or how hard I stretch. I even make time for creating video instructions. For the time being my life is about PE.

I don't think everyone else are not putting in hard work we all do, it's just that sometimes I get a comment, that negate (imply it) all the hard work I put into this.

The journey have not been easy.
Going for 9 inches BPEL (cementing with 9.5 inches BPEL) so It's nowhere over for me. Then it's girthwork time. 🙌
