Hello! I have recognized a thing. If i do a little bit of erect stretching i directly temporary increase with about 0.1 inches in length. I doesn't have to do any session before or anything. I just edge/masturbate for a bit, measure my penis.
Do some erect stretching and measure again and gets 0.1 inches in length gain. I think this effect is really cool! But i would appreciate if someone explained to me on a more theoretical level what is happening and what makes this possible?
Is there something i should think of to take advantage of this? Does this tell me anything i should know?

When you stretch erectile tissue it converts BP flaccid length to BP erect length. It is the exercise that is used to close the gap in these measurements. It is also a stand alone length exercise. But, I always suggest to include a few counter exercises to increase gain speed. But to directly answer your question, erectile tissue will hold a temporary gain longer than if you did the same work flaccid as there is little elasticity in a erection compared to a flaccid penis. It is this density that allows you to hold that extra size.

Complimentary exercises for length would include mostly flaccid work but here are some very good exercises that can be combined together as a super-set.

DLD Blaster
DLD Sock Stretches
FootLong Stretches
Basic Stretching
Bundled Stretching
SRT Size Blaster
 
DLD - do the erect stretches do anything for overall flaccid length or is it mostly targeted at erect length?

It's harder to see flaccid gains from doing erect-gaining exercises. Well for me it is considering im a grower.

but not impossible since flaccid and erect lenght are almost always directly proportional,where whenever you see erect length gain,you'd see flaccid length gain,after all,you're still stretching the penis in one form or another.but also,penile tissue is very complex,it behaves as it may lol,f it col it shrinks if it warms it comes out to have fun hahaha,so from my opinion,flaccid stretched length is a relative measure to erect length and can be used to monitor future gains
 
Everything will always be relative but as I said, flaccid size can be erratic.

Of course not, perhaps just harder on me to grow it through BPEL lengthening exercises, instead if I really wanted to focus on flaccid length I would use an extender or use my hand to just leave it extended in the flaccid state it is so it gets used to that state.

yea thats true,certain exercises target certain states of the penis

That's why Erect stretching is famous for boosting BPEL to reach BPFSL

When I was coming up in PE that difference between the two measurements always bothered me. Once I started to do Erect Stretches this all changed but I do remember many men at other forums saying my exercise was dangerous and should not be used. Strange how they all do it now:)

never say never...if they cemnet the gains they are the ones we have to do..

It truly is. Evolving in PE is much like evolving in anything in life. Stagnation is the fastest way to kill inspiration and give room for leave. Evolving as things progress to keep yourself in a state of positive change will invoke even more confidence and adaptation. Understand that evolution in PE is much faster than anythings else so it remains important to constantly be pushing the evolution of intensity and change.

Unfortunately there are still people saying that it is dangerous.
