Ok I've been doing a routine consisting of clamping, wet jelqs, DLD blasters and kegels for the past several days, every day.
I've been ping off on and on for about 3 years now, for the first 2 and a half years I maybe did 5 months total of work, I did just erect squeezes and a bit of jelquing. Last Nov I started more advanced excercises like horses, and erect wet jelqs. I also started implementing a routine of kegels. 20 mins or so every day or 2.
Fast forward to around April of this year. I started doing erect bends. and I gained slightly in girth, then I started clamping and quit the bends because they made my penis pliable and I didn;t want that, I want my erections to hard as a rock.
I started clamping exclusively, no jelqs, no nothing that lasted about 6 weeks, I saw no gains so I took a month off. During that time I had no libido, but I got pretty hard erections, but as hard as before on the few occasions when I masturbated.
I came back started clamping exclusively again after a few weeks I lost all sensitivity and barely could even get it up.
Fast forward to about a week ago. I've been doing a routine consisting of clamping, wet jelqs, DLD blasters and kegels for the past several days, every day.
After about 3 days of this I was starting to get erections like a teenager again, I felt great, now a few days later, today and yesterday. I'm finding it difficult to get up again and when I do it's not fully hard and goes back down after a few seconds.
I'm taking all the supplements, I take GNC multivitamins, Im taking maca and tribulous, Ive taken Gingko, I'm going to start taking it again right now, I take arganine, Gluatime and and I eat well.
I want rock hard erections again, I had them a few days ago, now nothing. It freaks me out and makes it difficult to do the excercises. I love the way my dick looks now, it's only 5.25 inches around, mid shaft and 5.35 base and 6 inches around the head and 6.5 inches long NBP. I know I'm above average, but I still want it bigger and I've been doing this a long time off and on, but now I'm serious and commited, I'm putting in an hour a day.
But without a rock hard erections, these girth exercises are futile. I'm on atavan right now, maybe that has something to do with my libido, but I was on it last year and it didn't affect me at all.
It scares me that my erections here one day and gone the next, is this normal, what can I do to improve it? Do you suggest taking a day off every couple of days, has anyone else here experienced this.
My goal is 7-7.5 inches long and 5-.5-6 inches around, but I also wanna have rock hard erections. I love Penis Enlargement, I don't wanna quit, but this scares me. And with piss poor erections I can't even do girth exercises to begin with. Yet I did some great work just a few days ago.
Is my routine this past week going to help me maintain good erection quality in the long run? Is there anything you'd suggest adding for that?
I enclosed a picture of my cock to show the progress I've made. I used to be 5 inches long and 4.5 inches around with a tiny head that was maybe 3.5 inches around at best. I love what I have right now, but I want more, but I also want strong erections.
Note that Ive had no libido for months maybe, its the drugs I'm on. Could that be why some days I can get hard no prob and others I can't for shit?
I know this was a long rant, but I wanna give some perspective into my fears, my success in Pe, my worries and the problems I'm currently experiencing.
Please give me advice, suggestions, whatever, I'd love to hear from ppl who've maybe gone through the same troubles I am to know that I'm not alone and that this is just a passing problem. Is this a result of my all clamping a routine a few months back, is my current routine putting me on the right track?
