I have been into this PE stuff for years but i dont think i have followed a benefitial routine,i have been trying and practicing a bunch of exercises such as stretchings, jelquin, dld blasters,a stretching, bundled dld blasters etc,but i have never followed a proper routine i have set a few routines exercising two or three exercises in one day,but didnt see important gains, the only exercise i have seen interesting results is the ssj this exercise allowed me to see 7 ¨BPEL and im gonna continue whit the exercise,i had this idea about restarting whit the DLDs newbie routine,i worked whit that routine a couple years ago i spent about 6 months or something whit that routine,im doubtful about starting whit that routine what do you guys suggest:)

same here.

I am now doing
1. Extender . The best way for length. For girth while using extender I press my extender down to the max. Also I put two boards up and down my penis and squeeze my penis while using my extender giving me girth also.
2. Hanging.
3. Jelq.
4. Clamp
5. Phallosan
Right now I am just doing this and little pumping also.

haha you got your routine really well structured, but i dont have the devices i have been using hands only since day one, maybe yeah i should restart whit the newbie routine but instead of exercising the basic jelqs gotta add the ssj...

You need to write a routine that you can follow daily that fits your schedule. Create a routine, start a progress thread and stick with it. This is the best way to hone the workout through sour advice and get you consistent. Constantly changing and stopping routines will bring very inconsistent gains. Create a workout that you can do for a solid 3 months with no breaks and I guaranty gains. It does not need to be a crazy long routine just one that you can stick with. Find the exercises you like best and organize them into a routine, allow us to help you modify it and get to work.

I agree 100% with DLD on this one. The main thing is to pick out a routine that you can actually perform and stick to it. I would say at this point that you are beyond using the newbie routine as an effective way to move forward. Maybe it is time to invest in some PE equipment.

well three months i just cant deal whit time hahaha now that im down as hell 3 months sound like an eternity now hahaha but would be good if i gain two or three inches hahaha

well maybe when im 7" nbpel hope this happens soon i would feel better, ssj can do the trick :) hope so hehe

write on paper all the exercises you know
classify the ones you should do everyday and the ones you can vary from day to day if you want
and chill u got 25 more posts and u can win the prize hahahhahahha

yeah i have this notebook whit a bunch of exercises, and im gonna check some of them and see how they work:)
your suggestions are ok thanks

I always tell members to focus on one particular exercise for at least 3 months before changing to another exercise. If you are doing numerous length exercises daily, it becomes difficult to stay consistent because you don't even know what is working anymore due to the numerous exercises you have been doing.

I agree with this, and we have both proved this concept of a more "simple" routine is superior. You will be able to exhaust the exercise, before changing exercise for more intensity.

Yes brother Exhausting a particular exercise before moving to something more advance is the right way to use the length master.

I like this progression.

> Beginner routine (Bundled Stretches in front of your body in every direction).
> Downward Bundled Stretches.
> Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches.

In my opinion this is the best progression for optimal growth with LengthMaster 3. You exhaust each exercise, and then move to the next one, and before you know it, you are at your goal length.

But the important thing is that you should exhaust each exercise, before moving to the next one. I may look simple but it's a very powerful program/process.

In this way growth can be exponential and you will grow the most when you get to, Behind The Cheeks Bundled Stretches.

Every part of this is correct and the powerful way to gain length
