I have been into this PE stuff for years but i dont think i have followed a benefitial routine,i have been trying and practicing a bunch of exercises such as stretchings,jelquin,dld blasters,a stretching,bundled dld blasters etc,but i have never followed a proper routine i have set a few routines exercising two or three exercises in one day,but didnt see important gains,the only exercise i have seen interesting results is the ssj this exercise allowed me to see 7 ¨BPEL and im gonna continue whit the exercise,i had this idea about restarting whit the DLDs newbie routine,i worked whit that routine a couple years ago i spent about 6 months or something whit that routine,im doubtful about starting whit that routine what do you guys suggest
