I bundle in all directions (left,right,up,straight out,down,btc,btc left, btc right) for 1-3 min per direction (btc usually has more time in) while twisted to the left. Then repeat while twisted to the right. Anything less than 1-3 min feels like a waste to me (like I could have gone longer). Jumping into pumping right after this workout just kills me. I've tried it twice already. First time I barely could handle 8 hg for 10 min without needing to stop. Second time I got to 30 min at 5 hg, but towards the 20 min mark I was in pain. Just pushed through it though. Note that this is my personal experience. Some people may do bundles a little more gently then I do. I always twist to the point that I can't twist anymore and pull that in any which direction. So I'm not surprised if I did more damage than fatigue. Did it help me expansion at all? None that I noticed. In fact, what works better for me is to do bundles every other day, and on my off days just do 3-4, (20 min) clamping sessions before I go into pumping. That really helps me with expansion as my pene was expanded for a good amount of time prior to that.

I believe they both work well together as long as your are getting the right amount of tissue expansion during your bathmate session. If you are getting too much fluid buildup, it might take longer for the fluid buildup to go away. I have done bundled stretches with the length master and also used the bathmate on a daily basis for a one month period and it worked fine.
 
I used my extender for the first time today for about 4 hours after doing a heavy bathmates session early in the morning, and the results were great. I don't know if it works the same for everyone but I stayed plump and long so it's even better than a cocking I was not constricted at all.

Another great combination is length master use and pumping (if you can handle it).
